Today asked Paul Allen to visit to clean a recliner sofa, he was very professional, did a great job at cleaning my sofa, a chatty friendly sort of guy, very pleasant to talk to he was on time and got on with cleaning the sofa, could not be more pleased with the work he did, , and only charged the agreed price, , for a 2 year old sofa I was amazed by the colour of the dirty water which had been removed, , I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a upholstery , + carpet cleaning service, , so much cheaper then buying a new sofa, and carpet, and a cleaning machine yourself, , he knew his stuff when it came to the type of fabric it had, and the motor it used, very impressed would get him back without hesitation for other cleaning of upholstery , carpets any time, ,.

Extremely rude and highly unreliable service. I hired his service in Ravenshead last Thursday for end of tenancy carpet cleaning service and he was fully aware that we need to give the keys to the property agent next day. He came and asked for a higher price for the work which he agreed initially and when we told that we will give only what we agreed for He left it without doing it. I mentioned to him that he should not have taken the job in the first place and we had waited for it for the whole week. We could have asked other carpet cleaners if there was time. It was a similar experience when you book a taxi to go to airport and the taxi does not arrive and you end up missing the flight or if you book a removal van and they dont turn up. In fact he tried to take advantage of the whole situation. I would leave for everyone to decide on their own whether they would like to use his service or not.
