Since 2015, Newton Colmore have been a specialist recruitment and search firm operating exclusively within the Medical Devices, Biotech and Drug Discovery sectors.

We have two main objectives. The first is to enhance our clients' hiring capabilities by identifying the best possible candidates for their opportunities, and in tandem with this, we aim to provide as much insight and knowledge as we can to ensure our candidates can perform at their best at interview.

After recruiting specifically for these fields since early 2009 company founders, Andrew Welsh and Matthew Lowdon, decided to set up their own recruitment service to better match their clients and candidates needs.

It is a focus of Newton Colmore to build lasting relationships with their clients and candidates by offering industry specific knowledge. We achieve this by working closely with our clients to fully understand their requirements and long term goals, then introducing them to like-minded candidates looking to secure their long term career goals.
