Had a problem with a slow laptop and broken CD drive. Daniel was prompt, efficient and clear about the issues and how he could improve/fix them. He said up front how much this would cost and that if other issues became evident he would contact me to discuss. He took the laptop away and returned it repaired and working so much faster within 24 hours. Can’t fault the service and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Contacted Dan as I had a dead laptop which as well as requiring repair needed to recover some of the files on the hard disc. Basic problem was quickly established & from there all the necessary work was carried out with great efficiency, at the agreed times & at an excellent price. Dan speaks in English & doesn't try to confuse with computer speak. I will certainly use this company again & will happily recommend to others.

Had a long term problem which made the laptop run very slow and crashed on a regular basis. Dan took the lap top away fixed the problem and made a few upgrades at no extra cost. Very happy with the service will use again when required.

Dan came to my place of business, quickly diagnosed a hardware fault and quoted a repair price within 20 minutes. I accepted, he replaced the part on site and performed healthchecks on two other machines for no added cost. Very happy with price and person, Recommended!
