If your after a excellent tattoo or a reike session then billy and loo are the people to see would not use anybody else they have got to be one of the best in the buisness.

Billy and Loo are simply fantastic. They do everything to make you feel at home the minute you walk through the door. Loo's organisation and Bills attention to detail is second to none and I will never go anywhere else for my tattoos now. Loo also gave me a heartfelt poem after my Nan passing recently and it takes pride and place on my Nan's memorial table at home. I promise you, you will never beat this place. My first tattoo with Bill and Loo was a full sleeve on my leg and the detail is incredible. That good, I have a half sleeve booked on my arm starting next week.

Once again, a fantastic tattoo from a fantastic pair of people! I could not have asked for more. Extremely professional, perfect tattoo, and amazing aftercare! I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you, Loo and Billy managed to do a cover up on a tattoo I had few years back and its amazing to say the least, they mananged to create the most perfect design that represents exactly what I want, its not just a design to cover a mistake, its a story! The level of service from Bill and Loo is second to none. Bill is surely one of the finest tattooists in the UK. His level of workmanship is excellent from the consultation period to the final product. I have had many Tattoos over the years and work done by many different artists. Billy has designed a number of tattoo's for me now and each time created something beyond my imagination! Loo always goes above and beyond helping with ideas and never stops working! ;-)This is more than a tattoo shop and Loo always sorts out my last minute prezzie's! It's always a treat to visit and I feel more relaxed here than I do at home! My tattoo's are always commented on and praised and Billy's skill and art work is 5*. Got my first tattoo for my 18th drawn by Loo and tattooed by Billy, felt welcome and calm and wasn't rushed out the door :) Going back for another soon! Both Loo and Bill work well together and I would not go anywhere else :).

Absolutely brilliant - Loo has the time to go through want you would like to make your tattoo individual and unique to you, Billy is fantastic plea sent makes you feel relaxed and his artwork is second to none defo worth a visit.

I'm a first time tattoo-haver, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to go. Billy and Loo are lovely and very knowledgeable. They put me at my ease and helped me choose an individual, one of a kind tattoo that really means something to me. I love it. I'll be going back for another one very soon. Can't speak highly enough of the place for tattoos, and there's also a range of hand-made jewellery, soap and other crafts. Relaxing (yes really, even with the needle! ) and exciting at the same time. I'm hooked now, definitely.

I've been going to new addiction for 14 months now I've had cover ups new tattoos and extended other tattoos and can't say a bad word, they are both fantastic to talk to and you can tell the difference between a tattooist and a tattoo artist I will never go anywhere else 10 out of 10.

I Have had tattoos at other studios but this tattoo is by far the best I have and its not even finished, Bill and Loo are the nicest people you will ever meet down to earth and just love what they do as a job. Bill is really dedicated to his work and enjoys doing it, he has even ran over the session time, once he starts he doesn't want to stop :)they make you feel really comftable whilst having it done. I've had tatoos at other studios but I now know how a tattoo should be done. The service I received was exceptional and I was made to feel part of the process from start to finish. Can't wait for my next one.
