Quality of service was good, they have now completed two bathrooms for us. One totally installed from scratch and provided the required additional ground work and drains. Completed both jobs to a high standard.

Absolutely superb in every way. I had a vision of what I wanted our ensuite to look like, and Jen, Colin and their team made it happen. It’s even better than I’d hoped and almost too beautiful to use! I would recommend Neston Bathrooms to anyone, they’re just genuinely nice people who are excellent at what they do and you won’t regret choosing them.

Colin Jen were excellent and thorough, kept me well informed throughout and are highly pleasant and trustworthy. They tackled unexpected problems that arose in a calm, organised and professional manner. The standard of work carried out is faultless. I would certainly engage their services again on any future projects and recommend them highly.

Colin and Jenn and the team of excellent plasterer, plumber and electrician supplied and fitted my complete new shower, shower tray, shower screen, combination vanity unit with sink and toilet and new radiator. Colin and Jenn did all the ripping out and project managed the other trades keeping to the two week deadline they indicated. Everyone was punctual, polite and hardworking. I now have a stylish and contemporary bathroom which I'm delighted with.

I recently had a bathroom fitted by Jen and Col. What can I say from the very first contact with them to the bathroom being finished I was very impressed. Their communication from the start was outstanding, everything I requested was completed in a very quick and timely manner. I was kept up to date via email for each day so I knew exactly what was going on and when. Nothing was a bother for Jen and Col who both have excellent customer service snd impeccable manners! Their timescale they gave me was spot on. I would definitely recommend Neston Bathrooms to my friends and family. Thank you.

Thank you so much for my lovely new bathroom. Having moved into my bungalow only 18 months ago, my first priority was the bathroom, it was so depressing and hadn't been updated for many years! Unfortunately other life events became a priority and the bathroom had to wait. Neston bathrooms managed everything from start to finish and were professional and respectful of my home during the two weeks they were in it. Our new house had a 30 to 40 year old bathroom, which had been badly fitted to start with. NCB took it back to brick and floorboards and created a lovely bathroom which has been a pleasure to use. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, and gone above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted and it looks even better than we imagined. Highly recommend Neston Complete Bathrooms. Professional from start to finish. I absolutely love the results and they dealt with issues and overcome problems that other firms were unable to (or didn’t want to). We had Neston bathrooms do our en suite 6 or 7 years ago and they did an amazing job so we didn’t even look at anyone else when it was time to do the main bathroom! Colin and Jim are great guys, gave us advise on changing our heating system and recommended a great company! They managed all the work and finished the job with in a few weeks including ripping out the old bathroom and hot water tank! We have recently had our main bathroom totally refurbished, new walk-in shower, fitted units, new anthracite radiators and lots of other extra, including new floor and wall tiles. The work was completed in a very professional manner by highly skilled trades people. Nothing was a problem if we wanted to make changes to the design and the work was finished on time and to plan. Jim and Chris came to my rescue with a horrible issue of bath not draining properly and then waste from elsewhere coming up through plug hole. It was a process of elimination. Pipe work was re aligned under bath, fittings replaced to give better access and flow. This half sorted the issues then to the drains - made more difficult as shared! Not put off but more determined the drains were accessed and blasted. So grateful for all the hard work, especially on a job that was far from straightforward.

After a leaking toilet cistern left us with a non-flushing loo, rotten floorboards and a hole in the kitchen ceiling, we asked Colin and Jim to repair all the damage and completely renovate our toilet room. I couldn't be more pleased with how things went. The quote was extremely competitive, they turned up when they said they would, told us exactly what was going on and when, and managed the whole process seamlessly from end to end. There were no hidden costs at all. They are genuinely lovely, helpful, people who are a complete pleasure to work with. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much, Colin, Jim and Jen!

Colin and Jim did a fabulous job at fitting my elderly fathers bathroom. They fitted the work in for me at short notice, and completed the work in the time given. Bathroom looks incredible! I would highly recommend them.

So I gave Jim and Colin a bit of a challenge to start 2023! I wanted a walk in shower in my 2nd floor bathroom- a tricky space with sloping ceiling, a beam and not enough height for decent water pressure. They rose to the challenge and came up with solutions to all the problems and I have a fantastic shower which I love. I didn’t want the rest of the room changing too much. I think it would have been much easier for them to rip everything out and start again, however they put a new loo, radiator and flooring in and the room is just as I wanted it to be! So a big THANK YOU to the whole Neston Bathroom team. .

Having spent two days trying to unblock the kitchen waste pipe we finally admitted defeat and called in the professionals. It took Jim and his assistant less than an hour to install a new pipe and connect everything up safely. We will definitely keep this phone number handy - thank you!
