Rebecca provided an excellent service. We had daily updates of videos and pictures of our very well cared for cat. Rebecca went above and beyond. I will be using these services again and highly recommend Neighbourhood Pet Care.

A brilliant service from people you can tell really love animals, we use Rebecca and the team regularly for home visits to our cats when we are on holiday, the cats are always well cared for and they always go above and beyond. Even sending photos and videos and sorting any messes made by our little tinkers. I couldn't be happier to leave them in the capable hands of Neighbourhood Pet Care.

Neighbourhood pet Care have looked after my cat Lola for several years now when I've gone away. I have always found them to be friendly, caring and efficient making the effort to determine my cats individual needs, which in Lola's case is important as she has a specific medical condition. So it's a big thumbs up from me and Lola.

Rebecca is absolutely fantastic, I've always been really nervous leaving our two cats when we go away, but Rebecca instantly put my mind at rest. I never worry now when i'm away as I know Rebecca will look after them and make sure everything is okay.

Great service and always accommodating at fitting in walks for our dog Monty at short notice and not to a regular schedule. Monty is always given a good walk and left with his water bowl topped up. Anna has always texted me to let me know all is ok which is reassuring.

We are delighted with the care that our very lively dogs have received from Neighbourhood Pet Care. Rebecca, Anna, Gemma and the others have been 100% reliable and our dogs seem to love their time with them. Rebecca had also cared for our rabbits, and we have been able to book overnight care when going abroad. Highly recommended!

NPC have been an incredible support to my partner and I during the past year. Whenever we go away, knowing our cats are under the best care possible is very reassuring. Rebecca always sends little updates, often including pictures of the cats playing and being cute - she always goes above and beyond what we expect of a pet sitter. Fundamentally, knowing your house and pets are under the best care whilst you are away is what you can expect from NPC, I can't recommend them enough.

Rebecca first looked after our two geriatric cats in August, being new to the area having only moved from Leeds in May, we felt our old boys had been through enough. Rebecca was fantastic and won them round. It was great that she kept in touch with messages and photos putting us totally at ease and allowing us a worry free holiday, Rebecca has looked after our lads a further two times since. Rebecca is always so upbeat and professional, provides an excellent service and clearly has a gift when dealing with animals. She is very amenable to being contacted at short notice which allows us as owners to be spontaneous with our mini breaks/holidays. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rebecca.

Neighbourhood pet care have been looking after our frenchie bear for the last 7 months bear is only 14 months old and has revived puppy package care , this has been amazing and very flexible whereas lots of pet care places are not. Bear loves Rebecca's visits they play together and quite often she has learnt him a new trick and she really is like one of the family. It's so lovely leaving your puppy with someone who loves them just as much as you do …… very happy with this service thankyou be truly lost without it.

Rebecca is very friendly, reliable and trustworthy. The service is available at short notice and great value for money. Having said this I would always chose this company regardless due to the quality provided. Simply excellent.

Fantastically reliable service from people who are genuine animal lovers. They take care of our cats in our home while we go away for work or leisure and it gives us such peace of mind. They take time to be with and play with our cats and would pick up instantly if something was amiss. We trust them absolutely and our cats, one of whom is very nervous, love them. My elderly pooch has been a client of Rebecca's for many months. She is thorough, committed and very flexible in approach, also sees each pet as an individual, which is important with an elderly rescue dog with health problems. I have used Neighbourhood Pet Care for around 3 years now. I have a very shy indoor cat who gets scared at the cattery so this service is ideal for her. They have worked hard to gain the trust of my cat which is not an easy task! I feel secure and happy leaving her in their care as I know they go above and beyond to make sure my cat is looked after and happy.

I employed Neighbourhood pet care for my boisterous, lively but lovable Labrador who I could not control on the lead when he started getting bigger and stronger. He has been well trained, beyond expectations and now we can enjoy long walks on the weekend without too much stress. We used Neighbourhood Pet Care services for the first time in June. Rebecca is dedicated to the pets she takes care of and it is reassuring to know that our kitten was being looked after in her own familiar surroundings. We have already booked her services again in September.
