Need PC and Gadget Repair

Cannot praise Paul highly enough. He succesfully repaired to board level a very specialized tablet computer with a problem sim card slot. This involved very fine precision soldering skills which I doubt anyone else in the area would have even attempted. All done at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use him again for any other electronic repairs of this kind. Don't bother going elsewhere - you won't find better !

PC was always slow and eventually failed after 2 yrs, took it to Paul and he diagnosed the issue and replaced the hard drive same day at a very reasonable price. It's now faster than it has ever been and I'm really happy. Good value, excellent service from a knowledgeable man using quality products, what's not to like !

Completely recommend Need Gadget Repair! Very helpful and friendly service from first interaction on whatapp to taking the time to find the issue with our Nintendo Switch! Told Paul we were going away on holiday and it was repaired next day! Great customer service and knowledge of issues with the gadgets! Will deffo use in future (if needed! ).

Took my Desktop in completely stumped on the issue for a fantastic guy named Paul to diagnose it within an hour and fix it a quick as soon as I had a replacement part I would I highly recommend this place and I will be back again if I have anymore issues (fingers crossed that doesnt happen).

Paul went above and beyond to fix my gaming PC. Rang him mid-morning, dropped it off at 12 pm and was ready for collection by 3. 30 pm the same day. Couldn't recommend enough and will be back if I have anything else need looking at. Cheers.

Our 11 year old clunky slow MacBook has been restored to a faster quieter easier to use laptop. Not only this, but he kindly loaded our “unreadable” digitised home movies onto the Mac and made them watchable at a simple click. Absolutely delighted with the service and the cost. Amazing! I had a memory card for photography which got corrupted, I thought I was doomed, but Paul was able to restore the corrupted images in a timely manner for a very reasonable price. Would easily recommend.

Not All Heroes Wear Capes! I was in an emergency situation with my tech and Paul took 2 of my old battered workhorses and turned one of them back into a sleek racehorse! All done in super quick time at minimal cost with constructive non patronising communication which enabled me to make an informed decision. Very quick check and identification of an isuue with my device. Fast delivery and considerably most affordable price of a new part replacementand and good quality service all together. I was not charged for a further error that occured due to an issue that was only visible later in weeks due to a corrotion caused by water spillage initially. Easy to talk to and very organised shop keeper who seems to have a good eye for vintage electronic devices too. It was fascinating to hear a little bit about some artefacts that caught my eye during the wait.

My long-serving laptop crashed, along with all data and records. Paul overhauled it, replaced the 'dead' hard drive with an SSD drive and gave me great advice about how to reinstall and update programs. Thoroughly professional, friendly, down-to-earth service and he doesn't confuse you with tech-science. Great value too, not expensive. I needed help to get my contacts from a dead Huawei phone to its replacement. Paul couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. He sorted the problem quickly, including sorting out my new phone so I could easily download the contacts when HD had recovered them. Brilliant service.
