This is the 5th project we have commissioned Natural Windows to provide a design. This time was for 2 full length sash windows and double French doors onto a narrow balcony. Their precision is measuring, their efficeitncy in installation, their clearing up and politness is seocnd to none. They have an excellent product and I would highly recommend them anyone wanting new doors or windows.

I've used Natural windows four times over the past 10 years and I'm very pleased with the quality of the windows together with the sales, surveying and installation service. I've just had the 4th set of windows fitted and they are great - well done guys.

We have used Natural Windows twice and they have been fabulous both times. The windows look great and they staff the job with enough people to make it efficient and know exactly what they are doing. They leave the house tidy and with minimal damage to the walls and for our recent job carried out some unexpected remedial work beautifully, without fuss and at no extra cost. I would thoroughly recommend them. .

Natural Windows installed a hardwood front door for me in April 2023. A new front door is a major expense and I spent quite a bit of time getting quotes from different suppliers. I felt comfortable with Natural Windows from the start and I am delighted with the finished product. They were professional, responsive, courteous and reliable at every stage. I am very happy to recommend them and have every intention of using them again.

Natural Windows replaced all the sash windows in my flat, and made and installed a bespoke back door. I was very impressed by the professionalism of all the team (from initial estimation visit, to the installation, and interraction with the office). Work was carried out swiftly, efficiently and to a high standard. Everyone was helpful and pleasant. I would unreservedly recommend the company to others.

I've used Natural Windows twice for large sash window replacements. The latest set were installed a few days ago and they are extremely well made, nicely finished and provide a very professional look, feel and provide much better heat insulation.

Natural Windows made careful copies of original Victorian windows with little arched panes containing coloured glass. The new double glazed versions were immaculate, as close to the original as we could have dreamed. The installers were really considerate, kind, clean and worked extremely hard. Previously we had double glazed windows and doors installed by Natural Windows up to 10 years ago; the paint finish is still really good, with only the tiniest spots to retouch. This is really a great company with brilliant, lasting double glazed conservation windows.

I purchased windows from Natural Windows a few years ago. When I had problems further down the line (cracked window), they were really unhelpful. They didn't really answer emails and were not very eager to do the repairs (or even just talk about it). I ended up getting the window fixed by another trader and he said the windows were low quality. He mentioned they are MDF, who crumble very easily when you are trying to fix an issue.

We have used Natural windows on few projects over past view years to include our own house and every time the quality of the product, fitting and the service were exelent even in more challenging situations. We will definitely used them again and would highly recommend them.

Replacement of large loft casement window with no external access. Prompt arrival for installation, very polite individuals, super clean and tidy. Hard to tell that a new window had been fitted when they had finished. Really good re-plastering and sealing around the window. Would highly recommend.

This is the second house where we have contracted Natural Windows to replace all the windows and doors (24 units this time). They are thorough and professional. Both times, our address was in a conservation area requiring traditional designs to be replicated. They carry-out a detailed survey to ensure that the windows are manufactured to exact dimensions with minimum tolerances. They revisited to check the dimensions on a particularly difficult box window. This gives good tight fitting windows with the maximum amount of glazing. They install when they say they will and on both occasions, the installation teams not only fitted the windows but ensured that the surrounds were finished-off and the internals and externals made good. The quality of the windows themselves is outstanding and they look superb. Both installation teams were perfectionists motivated by quality rather than completing as quickly as possible and leave the site clean and tidy. And to cap it all, all this at a competitive price. This is our third time using Natural Windows, who have now replaced our front door and back and front windows. They are very professional, reliable, and highly skilled. We are very happy to recommend them to anyone seeking quality and high standards of workmanship.

We are extremely pleased with our new windows. From the very first visit to the actual installation the service was excellent and at all times the installers were punctual and courteous. The work was done with the minimum of mess (in fact no mess) and the windows are excellent. We are now draught free and they look lovely too.

Work completed on time and the workmen very clean and respectful of the house.

Natural Windows supplied all the new windows for our full refurbishment, including bay, sash and dormer windows. They also supplied French doors in our basement and our new front door. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much. Their personal approach, quality and timing were all exceptional as was their customer service. After my lovely new door was damaged by a very long and odd shaped scratch by one of the many visiting tradespeoples (no-one took responsibility) within a week of being installed the guys at Natural Windows were quick to respond to my cries for help and came out to touch up the door. They did an excellent job. They also left a good sized pot of touch up paint for any future incidents without me even asking. They are very personable and their products have been of very high quality. The team at Natural Windows replaced all our old sash windows (9 in total) in our flat in Hampstead with new double galzed ones. We are extremely happy with the result - we can’t really fault their service and the new windows look and function perfectly. They were professional from the beginning of taking measurements and providing a quote (which is market competitive) to the completion of the project. The team was very efficient, pleasant and took very good care not to damage our flat. We would thoroughly recommend this company without any doubt.
