National Vehicle Solutions is a family run business with two Director's Simon and Kelly, husband and wife.
Simon has been in the motor trade since he left school starting out as an apprentice in 1995. Simon is very family orientated, honest, trustworthy and straight talking. His no nonsense approach means he is committed to finding new customers and maintaining a good working relationship for life! Kelly has been in the trade since 2004, gaining most of her experience in Fleet Sales with Honda, then Audi for 7.5 years along with a multi franchise role including brands such as Kia, Nissan and VW. Kelly is very personable bubbly individual focused on customer satisfaction.
In early 2013 there was major investment into improving the companies website in line with customer feedback, since then we continue to upgrade and improve our online presence ensuring that it's as user friendly as possible.
Our offices are based in Houghton Le Spring. There's a small team made up of Lynn, Sarah and Jody. Lynn ensures that our customer vehicles are delivered to them with communication throughout the order process. Jody is responsible for customer retention and supports Lynn during busier periods, whilst Sarah populates our site which requires lots of ongoing maintenance.
