Excellent guidance when deciding on the best car (within budget) for my requirements. No pointless upselling. Kept up to date all the way through the process and Lynn updated exactly when she promised every single time. No false promises or vague updates and very calm finalising the potentially awkward sign off details and delivery etc. Delivery driver updated me re arrival times, delivered as promised and was a pleasure to meet.
