National Vehicle Solutions is a family run business with two Director's Simon and Kelly, husband and wife. Simon has been in the motor trade since he left school starting out as an apprentice in 1995. Simon is very family orientated, honest, trustworthy and straight talking. His no nonsense approach means he is committed to finding new customers and maintaining a good working relationship for life! Kelly has been in the trade since 2004, gaining most of her experience in Fleet Sales with Honda, then Audi for 7.5 years along with a multi franchise role including brands such as Kia, Nissan and VW. Kelly is very personable bubbly individual focused on customer satisfaction.
In early 2013 there was major investment into improving the companies website in line with customer feedback, since then we continue to upgrade and improve our online presence ensuring that it's as user friendly as possible.
Our offices are based in Houghton Le Spring. There's a small team made up of Lynn, Sarah and Jody. Lynn ensures that our customer vehicles are delivered to them with communication throughout the order process. Jody is responsible for customer retention and supports Lynn during busier periods, whilst Sarah populates our site which requires lots of ongoing maintenance.

I'd used NVS back in 2018 when we bought our VW Golf R, after 6 years we decided it was time to look for a new model and it once again Simon and Lynn came up trumps and found us the perfect vehicle. This is my third vehicle from these guys. I've had a Volkswagen and Audi previous. Last week I took delivery of another Audi A5. The service is brilliant, in particular the assistance from Simon and all the updates from Lynn along the way. My second lease car with National vehicle solutions. A really simple process, Simon sorts the deal out and then Lynn takes care of all the paperwork. The car turned up as promised, the day after my last car was collected. Always under warranty, never an MOT or tax to arrange and always under breakdown cover. I'll never buy a car again.
