MyRuby was launched in 2007. Since then, we have been helping small and medium sized businesses work smarter and professionalise the first contact with their business by providing the services of a Live Telephone Receptionist.
When calls are diverted to a personally assigned ‘Ruby’, they are answered in our client’s company name and managed exactly as if Ruby was based in their office.
