I received a faulty bed that was 4-5cm shorter than advertised and I was not allowed to return the item because the packaging was taken by their courier upon delivery. 4-5cm doesn't sound a lot but it is signficant in terms of the length of a bed. I raised the issue verbally and in writing with both Andy and Simon (within the 14 days advertised on the website) for a replacement or refund for 'any reason'. I was denied my request. Yes, it is mentioned somewhere on their web site that the packaging needs to be kept for distance selling regs and so you will need to wrestle with the couriers as they automatically try to take the packaging away (perhaps under instruction from MNM in an attempt to remove their obligations? ). Despite being rejected under the 14 days offer, surely I am covered under the guarantee and/or the 30 days (as stated on the web site) required to notify MNM of a faulty product and ask for a replacement or refund? ! The answer was "No". I raised the issue with Simon and Andy again (verbally and in writing), and apparently a bed made 4-5cm too short is not classed as faulty despite the mattress hanging over the end of my bed and looking ridiculous. MNM said that the mattress was not pushed all the way to the headboard - but it was! I also find it strange that a mattress somehow affects the length of a brand new bed base. If someone can explain that to me, it would be most welcome. The length of the base is short irrespective of if a mattress is on the base or not. I was then told (by Simon) to contact the manufacturer direct. However, the transaction was between me (the customer) and MNM (the supplier), there is no relationship between me and the manufacturer. MNM tried to move the problem to someone else. Despite this I contacted the manufacturer and unsurprisingly they agreed with me in that MNM should not have referred me to Sleepeezee for the reasons I have stated. I have all of the above in writing. Bottom line - If you order and get a non faulty product your gamble has paid off. I am sure they will respond and try to make excuses as they have with other poor reviews. My warning is that if MNM has a choice of assisting you when you are in need, they won't, and will use every dirty trick possible to leave you with a faulty product. .Moreexpand_more

After testing over 8 mths…I think made right choice. Brilliant friendly service. Advice on selection for my needs. This mattress still feels as new and very conformable to sleep on. No aches and pains whn getting up in the morning. Can recommend.

Found the company via Google search whilst looking for a pillow that didn't give me neck ache etc; after years of trying different ones I decided on the Hypnos latex pillow. (we have recently bought a Hypnos mattress and it is superb ! ). This company were the cheapest I could find and offered next day delivery thrown in ! I have now ordered two of these pillows and received them next day with a 1 hour delivery window. All in all an excellent company with excellent customer service…. Brill !

I feel the customer service team went above and beyond whilst arranging my delivery, they kept me informed every step of the way and due to unforseen circumstances arranged supply direct from the manufacturer.

Spent a long time choosing a new "Hypnos" bed whilst paying a visit to their showroom, then spent some time on the phone and on line and found that the best price was from "My Next Mattress". Spoke to Simon who was very thorough and clear in the ordering process and delivery times, and true to his word arrived practically to the day, and delivered by a very courteous and careful shipping company. Great communication through the whole process and would recommend and praise Simon and his team for running a great company….

Ordered a Hypnos bedstead mattress for quick delivery. The type I ordered was not in stock so the company sent me an upgraded version at no extra cost. It arrived yesterday - right at the stated delivery time. I slept in for work this morning, it's so comfortable! In fact, I can't wait to go to bed tonight! Would recommend 100 Percent.

We first bought a King size Sleepeaze 2000 pocket sprung mattress from MyNextMattress. We were initially hesitant as we normally stick to high street brands but once we got the mattress and used it for 12 months we were very pleased with the value for money, quality and their service standard. So when we thought of a double mattress for our guest room they were our obvious choice. BJS distribution chaps were excellent too and were always on time and kept us informed at every stage. Highly recommend them based on our 2 previous purchases.

I have placed over half a dozen orders for over 8 beds (for friends and family also) - All Kozee Sleep Pocket Latex as they are the best quality for the price, easily the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on and I have back and neck problems. Dave always offers me the lowest price and best service and even cheaper than Kozee Sleep themselves ! Well done my next mattress - a brilliant company to do business with!

I ordered a sealey mattress and divan from my next mattress on line, I received two free sealey pillows with my order, I used this company because they appeared to have an excellent reputation and were far cheaper than anyone else. I ordered a 2 drawer divan and the following day changed my mind, I called mynextmattress and changed it to 4 drawer divan, I encountered no problems doing this, and the staff member dealing with my query was helpful and friendly. The whole process from ordering to the delivery went smoothly without any problems, the delivery service was excellent and courier contacted me several times to avoid any problems delivering my order. I would have no hesitation dealing with mynextmattress for any future purchases, and the five stars I have awarded this company are deservedly so.

Helpful contact staff who immediately matched the price of other online site. However, the first delivery was delayed for 3 weeks as mattress was 'no longer available' and I had to remind them to deliver it as there was no contact in the meantime. Everything else went smoothly and I saved a lot of money so, all in all, a happy customer.

Our mattress arrived in time. The workers were helpful and courteous. Really happy with my new mattress. Will recommend and use again.

The mattress arrived within two days. Was meant to be next day delivery but it missed the delivery, when I queried it they arranged delivery the following day before midday and were very helpful.

A great night's sleep at last. I am pleased that I found the Hypnos pillow at a price I could afford and that it was delivered so swiftly and efficiently.

A very good price for a Hypnos mattress, a make which is well known for its quality. I ordered it by 'phone and was dealt with in a polite and efficient manner. The arrangements for delivery went totally smoothly. The transactiion was exemplay in all respects.

Nice comfy and great value for money.

We ordered this product as we had already used this bed and matress combination whilst on holiday, and we new it was comfortable. I did email with a query with regard to how the bed bases were joined together, but did not receive a reply. When the bed arrived there were no instructions on where the clips went or the fact that you have to cut the bottom of the bed covering to fit them. It is this attention to detail that would have given a perfect score.

Exceptional value for money, friendly informative service, and the name hypnos speaks for itself ! Quality all the way. The delivery service was astounding in the areas of politeness punctuality, and the respect of ones home.

Badly needed a new mattress so visited a well known bed store and tried out a few. Previous mattress was a Sealy Ortho Guard and decided to stick with Sealy as had been delighted with my old bed. 'Sale' price quoted in store was £399. 99 plus £19. 99 delivery. Due to a chronic illness, I do most of my shopping online so am aware of the savings that can be had. After much research, bought same mattress from My Next Mattress and paid £304. 00 with free delivery so saved almost £116. 00! Was contacted to choose delivery day, received text night before giving 3 hour slot, then phoned by driver giving me time of arrival, within half an hour. 2 men delivered mattress, unpacked it and placed on existing divan. They then agreed to carry my old mattress downstairs for me leaving it outside, as I had arranged for it to be uplifted by my local council, excellent service. Excellent service, I phoned late in the day and they managed to get my mattress on the last van for next day delivery in very short time. Recommended!
