We’re a small, family business, local to Epsom and Ewell and we solve your problems with computers, laptops, tablets, TVs and mobile phones. Our charges are low because we don’t have the overheads of the nationwide services that repair computer faults, on site, in your home or your office.
No job is too small – we don't have a call out charge, so we only charge you for the time we spend fixing your problem. If it’s causing you a headache then we can help you - and we can come to you quickly, often in just a few hours if it’s urgent. We think our customers need peace of mind when hiring computer support. That's why we operate a “no fix, no fee” policy which simply means if we don’t solve your problem, you won’t have to pay us AND we’re also enhanced DBS/CRB screened so you can be comfortable about your security.
We’ve been sorting our technology problems for more than 25 years and that makes us old enough to know what good customer service looks like. That's why we’ve kept many of our customers for years. We like to say we look after our customers first and their technology second.
