Just spoken to My Phone Guy who gave me spot on genuine and sincere advice which has resulted in me now NOT needing his services. How many trade-persons can you give you advice where they don't get work? A good decent person who clearly won't rip you off. Recommended!

Steve was great, completety upfront and keen to ensure I wasn't going to waste any money by taking me through the steps I could test at home t establish the fault was internal. Flexible on date and time, and expalained everything fully with good advice.

Steve was very helpful and professional in resolving a problem involving our broadband connection, telephone extensions and the landline alarm system. Due to the complexity of the wiring in various parts of the house this was not an easy task but Steve was able to investigate and resolve the matter very efficiently. I contacted Myphoneguy on a Friday morning to get a master socket moved at my house. Knowing that we had other redecorating jobs waiting on this, he offered to visit on the Sunday morning to carry out the work. The engineer arrived early, carried out the work quickly and efficiently and explained the process clearly.
