Very poor company, came to replace a washer on the pipe connected to boiler as it was leaking, plumber went and still had leak, by now boiler was making a noise when water was turned on, called him back, water pipe burst while working on it, he left said he couldnt get replacement pipe and left us with no water, had to call british gas.
