Mundo Coaching is a Professional Certified Coach with 12 years of cross-corporate experience between Italy and the UK. Monica provides coaching services to professionals, leaders, executives and corporate organisations.

She is based in London, UK and delivers her sessions globally in English and Italian.

Mundo Coaching works with individuals going through a career change; her program is based on research in career evaluation and transition.

The full program is divided in three phases: Explore, Dream and Discover and is delivered in 12 sessions over a period of 4 months.

The program brings people from unclarity to clarity about their career change and transition.

Mundo Coaching also works with organisations, delivering executive and leadership coaching.

Her coaching program covers areas like leadership transition, leaders personal perception in the organisation, leadership style and career progression.

The purpose of the program is to develop leaders by becoming more effective and then transfer their leadership growth to their team. The program fully involves leaders, sponsor company and co-workers.

Monica also provides Mental Fitness Coaching sessions in the corporate world, supporting the way we look at mental health and well being at work.
