MultiTek helped advise me on what might be wrong with my xbox one s and was kind enough to advise me that the xbox isn’t fixable due to the unfortunate problem it had with certain components and therefore not economically worth saving because of the age of the xbox. Will definitely use the company again if my next console breaks!

After recently damaging the HDMI Port of my Xbox Series X, I needed a repair quickly. Luckily I came across Pete and by communicating by email, I was able to drop my console off and it was repaired by the next day! My ps4 fans would get extremely loud and the ps4 would overheat within 5 mins of being switched on, called up multitek solutions and got an appointment the same day and the next day I got a call saying it was fixed and ready to be picked up, amazing service, great prices, would definitely recommend to everyone.

What a first class service I have received and at the cheapest price I could find for a hard disk repair. Called some other console repair companies and nobody was answering the phone, email only with next day reply. I liked the fact that somebody actually answered the phone from Multitek and could give me advice on how to go about getting my xbox repaired. Dropped off in the morning was ready within the hour.
