Hi and welcome to MRM 4 Property Services. With over 40 years combined experience in the construction industry. We are two time served joiners who have been installing Timber, UPVC and aluminium windows, doors, bi-folding doors, patio doors and conservatories, well basically since they have been widely manufactured and produced.

We specialise in the install of composite doors and through our connections can get these at great prices which we can then pass on to our customers.

We also specialise in replacement double glazed units and hinges and handles to existing UPVC windows, not only saving customers money, but also saving all the mess which can occur when replacing a window complete. But if a customer wants a quotation for a new window or door we are just as happy to do this for them. What ever a customer wants we will do our best to provide the most competitive price and if we can't carry out the work we can certainly recommend someone who can.

Conservatories.
We have between us installed and repaired just about every make of conservatory ever manufactured.
We offer a free survey of your existing conservatory where we point out various wear and tear defects as well as the obvious items such as misted units and broken handles etc.
We will basically quote for as little or as much as a customer wants.
We also offer new frames and a variety of roof options or just replacing the panels.
Whatever a customer wants we can quote for.

Windows.
We offer a free survey of your windows and can replace the misted units and ironmongery or replace the full window for something of similar design or something completely bespoke.
We offer Timber, UPVC and Aluminium ( UPVC being the cheapest of the options ).
All windows are fitted with energy saving low 'e' gas filled units.

Doors.
We offer a repair service replacing hinges, glass units and locking mechanisms and also adjust existing doors sometimes getting them working better than when they where 1st fitted.
We offer again new timber, Upvc, Aluminium and Composite doors.
The Upvc are again usually the cheapest but are still quality high security. We offer a very large range of options from single doors to French doors and patio doors.
The timber we offer a brochure for a customer to browse through or we can install the customers own purchased doors and furniture.
With the composite doors we fit several different brands, the majority of which tend to be solidor and doorstop international, both quality high security products, again at very good prices towards some of our competitors.
With the aluminium we do fit single doors more on a commercial basis but offer the great B-folds made by smart. These come in a variety of opening options and also offer extra large and tall sliding doors. The options are endless really.

Warm Roofs.
We offer the option of completely removing your existing roof or roof and frames and supplying what are termed warm roofs. These roofs are well designed and approved by local authority building control. They're main purpose is to retain heat in what is usually a cold or hot room and the warm roof changes this to a room you can use 24/7 not just when the weather says its ambient. We fit 3 types/manufactures of roof with a choice of aluminium tiled roofs or slate effect roofs. These options also come in a good Varity of colours to blend in with the existing house or to go for something completely different. As with most of our products we are very keenly priced and the quality of product, survey and installation is second to none. And all surveys and quotations are advisory and free of charge.
