MRA have just given my PC the 'kiss of life. 'It was dead and my data beyond retrieving I thought. MRA sorted it out and saved my valuable files. Now my machine is whizzing along. Why didn't I go there earlier? Sad to admit, I have been upgrading and repairing my own computers for almost 40 years. Never again! Why should I waste time fiddling about doing a job badly when MRA do the job properly, promptly and considering their professional expertise, very cheaply.

Called Ian in as my computer was not working properly due to a nearby BT pole being hit by a lightening strike which caused a power surge on the telephone line servicing my computer. Ian arrived within a couple of hours and quickly diagnosed the problem by fitting a new part to my computer. To say this man is very good at his job would be an understatement. I would not hesitate to recommend Ian to any one who has computer related problems.

I would personally recommend ian to any of my friends to repair laptops etc, he was also recommended to me of a friend of mine, chuffed to bits with the work he has done and also the steps he took to show me how to use apps, thankyou.

I have used Ian now for a few months with regards to different aspects of computing and have found him to be a very honest, trustworthy guy with an amazing knowledge of computing technicalities. The work was to restore my computer to enable it to function. The tiles had vanished from the apps start menu. There was no restore function to enable restore to be back dated. The work was undertaken in a very professional; manner with explanation at every stage of the work.

Rang Ian who came round within two hours as he was in the area. He is very knowledgeable and identified our problems quickly We had several issues mainly concerning WIFI, printer, scanner and updating stuff. We had tried for hours to fix these issues ourselves, even our son who usually does this stuff for us couldn't. Anyhow, we are up and running now and I will never spend hours trying to fix stuff myself, I will call Ian.

I found ian friendly and prompt after calling for help to fix my pc and he explained things in a way I could understand would gladly recommend him to anyone needing his expertise.

Ian did a first rate job, explaining what the problem was as he went along. Clearly, you can't beat experience. I thought that my pc had keeled over and died--I was getting no life out of it--but he found the source of the problem and methodically and patiently brought it back to life.
