We are elderly and are not technically minded. We have always used Rob. He is trustworthy honest and is always there to help. We would thoroughly recommend Mr PC.

I have used MR PC twice now and on each occasion I have been very pleased with the results. This was so inconvenient in the period up to new year’s eve when everybody gets ready to send ecards or other greeting. Fortunately, I had MR PC to help.

Have turned to Rob for many years both for technical help, repairs and for provision of new laptops. He has just repaired an elderly(ish) HP laptop to keep it working for a little longer. I will go to Rob when I need a new one again. He is always prompt in responding to calls for help, professional and courteous.

Great service from Mr PC once again in replacing an elderly laptop with a new HP model. Not only does Rob deliver to the front door and completely set up the laptop for you (e. G. Linking to printer etc. ), he also transfers all your existing files and software seamlessly from the old model. Literally ready to rock and roll! Fair prices and outstanding service. You'll find nobody better - so why bother? !

Mr PC, Rob, has in the past and again recently given outstanding service. He is courteous, understanding and willing to advise and help with all that is asked of him. He has recently repaired my Dell laptop which had the blue screen of death and set it up for use by my granddaughter. He then advised on and ordered a new ASUS laptop for me which is excellent.

I had been pondering for quite a while what IT equipment I required and Rob helped me think through what I needed. Rob was very understanding, patient, courteous and helpful throughout my decision making. I also needed someone to help me set it all up and be sure that I didn't lose my files/data as well as needing to boost wifi connections in the house. I purchased an Asus laptop, Samsung tablet, wifi booster and laptop stand through Mr PC (Rob) who then set everything up. I've enjoyed using them since. The service was very professional, responsive as well as being speedy and efficient. Great service all round and would use again without hesitation.

My hard drive died so I called Rob as I had received very good service from him in the past. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fitted a new much faster and more efficient hard drive. Rob is very courteous, helpful and trustworthy. I highly recommend him.

Mr. PC have maintained and repaired my laptops for many years. When my last one finally gave up the ghost I recalled Rob saying its design was not ideal in allowing the machine to cool effectively. I contacted them for advice and they offered to quote for a new Asus which would avoid the problems I had experienced. The quote being competitive, I ordered my new laptop through Mr. PC and, after setting it up for me it was personally delivered by Rob a few days later. Great company to deal with and they definitely know their stuff. Thanks guys.

Great service from Rob and Rick in replacing my broken Fujitsu laptop screen. The repair was arranged around my work and the machine was collected and repaired in quick time with all collections and returns being made as advised. Rob kept me well informed of progress, and the repair was very competitively priced. I would recommend the company without hesitation.

My 5 year old Dell laptop showing all the signs of needing to be thrown out of the window - slow to start, load excel, internet the usual signs that a new purchase was on the cards - however I read Mr. PC's reviews and thought that perhaps I should give them a call to see what could be done before a new investment and so glad I did - all that was needed after diagnostics was a new hard drive. Rob (Mr PC) managed to save my existing files (although I did have a back up on memory stick and on icloud) and my laptop is now running like new. Very impressed with the service took about 4 working days and door to door collection and delivery what more could you ask for. I'm not sure whether the cost was competitive as this was the only company I approached, but I was pleased with the price and I was given this before I agreed to the repairs. Would certainly recommend and definitely use them again.

Five stars again for Rob in resolving a major IPad issue - collection the same day, immediate start on the work, close communication on progress, and the rejuvenated IPad returned swiftly to the front door! Outstanding service and fair prices. "Don't bother with the rest, Mr PC is the best! ".

This is the 3rd time Rob has helped me fix my sons gaming pc's. Really friendly, professional, and knowledgeable guy, reasonably priced and fast service. Rob has gone out of his way to provide me with solid advice after thorough testing to ensure I only pay for and get what is needed. Have had 2 x SSD's installed on two different PCs, a new graphics card installed (which was very difficult to get hold of at the time, yet he came up good with one of the exact spec requested), new RAM and cooling fans. Wouldn't go anywhere else, tried and trusted. Thanks!

My custom made processor went on a wobble on Monday afternoon. Called Rob who came to the house Tuesday morning. That afternoon after carrying out checks, he advised of problem and what was needed to fix the issue and the cost involved. He returned with the processor Thursday morning and checked it was working and that all of my data was still in tact. Excellent service from a very knowledgeable gent and the cost involved was reasonable - no complaints. Thank you Rob.

Fantastic reliable, service from Mr PC (Rob) and his team, had an intermittent screen failure on my laptop and a failed portable drive. Was a bit hesitant initially to put my laptop in the hands of a stranger picking up from the door, but I shouldn't have worried. After initially meeting Rob when he picked up, it was clear he knew his stuff. Laptop was diagnosed repaired with HP parts and dropped back off (in the evening, after hrs) within a few days. Even had an upgraded (HP) screen for less than the original replacement. The drive was unfortunately beyond repair, but the initial diagnosis was performed free of charge. Thoroughly recommended 5 stars plus - save yourself the agony of PC world etc contact Mr PC, if only all companies provided service like this !

Once again great service from Rob - he installed a new hard drive in my laptop and managed to save all the data from the very damaged old drive! Very speedy service, fair prices and home collection/delivery. Don't even bother to look elsewhere, Mr PC is quite simply the best around!
