Mr. PC

I have used Mr PC (Rob) for many years. He is totally reliable, conscientious and has incredible knowledge of all things connected to computers etc. When needed he attends very quickly and even when I think something has gone very wrong and am trying not to panic he deals remotely with my pc and corrects things in no time. Mr PC is a top professional and I would highly recommend him.

Rob salvaged all my drawings and the program that I use from my 'dead' PC. To begin with he was unsure whether his idea would work but thank goodness, it did and years of work was retrieved. He did a brilliant job and I will be eternally grateful to him I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mr PC was asked to help because I was locked out of my desk top system. Various usual and innovative options to access the system were tried on site but none were successful. Mr PC took the desktop to his workshop where more was tried and the desk top was returned in working order a few days later. My family use Mr PC's expertise when we have computer difficulties as he is reliable, skilled and the charges are reasonable.

Rob fixed our PC when it kept blocking us from using our Microsoft Office and other programmes. He fitted us in very quickly by fixing it remotely. He also made the PC much easier for us to use while not letting us feel like we're computer illiterate - which, as this is a computer, we probably are.

I had great service and excellent communication with this company a few months ago. My old Laptop needed replacing and I needed someone reliable to take my old laptop away and transfer my data onto the new one. Rob recommended the best options for my individual needs and offered a discount when purchasing through Mr. PC. His professionalism and expertise was so valuable. He even helped with linking my devices to the new printer before leaving. Options were provided for follow up care and/or disposal of old equipment. I can highly recommend Mr. PC to anyone looking for quality products and service.

Mr PC replaced my wife and my windows 10 laptops with widows 11 laptops. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently with no problems and with the knowledge that Mr PC is only a phone call away if needed.

Mr PC set my new system when I ungraded to Windows 11 and was very helpful. After a scam on my computer which closed the whole system down Mr. PC sorted out my problems very promptly and successfully and I now feel that I can contact him for help and advice whenever I have a problem with my computer.

Mr P C always sorts out my problems, and is very prompt to help if I have an issue. When a machine has been removed from site for updates etc. I am alaway kept updated as how the work is progressing. I would not want to go elsewhere.
