We have used Mr PC for our business needs for a few years now. Rob is always helpful, informative, offers great advice and arrives in a timely manner and efficiently and effectively carries out our needs and offers great value for money. Highly recommend Mr PC.

Mr P C always sorts out my problems, and is very prompt to help if I have an issue. When a machine has been removed from site for updates etc. I am alaway kept updated as how the work is progressing. I would not want to go elsewhere.

Once again great service from Rob – he collected an old laptop which he had previously set up for us a few years ago and returned to install a new laptop which had all the data copied over from the old one – it was absolutely seamless! The reason for replacing the laptop was the offer to upgrade to Windows 11 and Mr PC delivered on that score explaining in easy-to-understand terminology the benefits of the upgrade. Very helpful as my work laptop will shortly be upgrading to Windows 11. Very speedy service, fair prices and the bonus of home collection/delivery. I have recommended Mr PC to a friend for any future laptop replacement - Mr PC is to quote others quite simply the best! To echo previous reviews – and in the words of Tina Turner – ‘simply the best’! .

Bought a new PC tower from Rob (Mr PC) the price was competitive but the service was exceptional. He comes when he promises with text to confirm and he explained everything so this OAP could understand what was happening. Very happy.

Mr Pc has on several occasions sorted out problems with my pc in a very efficient manner.

I chose Mr PC because he was local. The previous company who looked after my computer we from another part of the country and I did not feel comfortable with them. Mr PC came to my house and sorted out my Outlook problems. I upgraded to Windows 11 and Mr PC delivered, installed and showed me how to carry out certain procedures. I was very happy to be brought up to date with my IT needs/.

Once again Rob excelled in supplying a new Dell and repairing an old Lenovo - apart from his usual expertise and professional set-up assistance, the great benefit of Mr PC's service is the turn-round speed (personal collection/delivery and rapid completion of work), which is vital for a small business like mine. If you can't afford to be without your laptop, don't trust it to anyone else! Good old-fashioned service from Mr PC!

I have used MR PC twice now and on each occasion I have been very pleased with the results. This was so inconvenient in the period up to new year’s eve when everybody gets ready to send ecards or other greeting. Fortunately, I had MR PC to help.

Have turned to Rob for many years both for technical help, repairs and for provision of new laptops. He has just repaired an elderly(ish) HP laptop to keep it working for a little longer. Great service from Mr PC once again in replacing an elderly laptop with a new HP model. Not only does Rob deliver to the front door and completely set up the laptop for you (e. G. Linking to printer etc. ), he also transfers all your existing files and software seamlessly from the old model. Literally ready to rock and roll! Fair prices and outstanding service. You'll find nobody better - so why bother? !

Mr PC, Rob, has in the past and again recently given outstanding service. He is courteous, understanding and willing to advise and help with all that is asked of him. He has recently repaired my Dell laptop which had the blue screen of death and set it up for use by my granddaughter. He then advised on and ordered a new ASUS laptop for me which is excellent.
