I was visiting my son and his family in Cardiff when the lock on their front door broke and we ended up locked out in the rain with 2 young children. I found Mr Locks online using my mobile phone, I rang and a locksmith arrived within 15 minutes. He was extremely polite, explained what he needed to do and quickly opened and replaced the lock leaving the door as good as new. Never used a locksmith before so was a little apprehensive but found Mr Locks on the internet and they were approved by the Master Locksmiths Association. Called them and the locksmith arrived within 25 minutes to open my door as I was locked out. He was a happy chappy and very polite, he opened my door in no time at all and the cost was less than I was expecting. Even better Mr Locks had a mobile payment terminal so I could pay with my card.
