Mr Cable did an excellent job. Help me with the specifications of the network I needed. Installed it quickly on a Sunday. Was very helpful, throrough and polite … All I could ask for.

I contacted Simon from Mr Cable about a residential cabling job and he was very helpful in answering my questions. Alex completed the job and worked really hard in running cables all over the place and gave us the benefit of his experience in advising us on the best way to achieve what we wanted. Very happy with the service and price, great guys.

Simon offered sound advice on the options available to link our 2 units with a fibre connection and helped us select the best option for our needs. All subsequent work of installing and terminating the link was carried out to an exceptional standard, Alex and Chris were very friendly and helpful on site. Overall fantastic service, highly recommended, we will use again for any future requirements.

Mr Cable worked hard to get the right design for my home networking needs, suggesting alternatives and ultimately giving me a high speed network that meets all my needs. All the staff I worked with were courteous, polite, highly proficient, and considerate of both my house and me! They advised on the right solution for me, even though it was a cheaper option than I had asked for, and were available very quickly to complete the works. The end result is great and I'm very pleased with all the work they did.

I found Mr Cable through a search online and after speaking to Simon discussed my requirements and after having the work done and kit supplier, cannot be happier. We have very thick brick walls and concrete floors on all 3 levels and were struggling with internet. The house was pre-wired with Ethernet and Mr Cable turned up with kit options which were talked through, and also advised on the most cost effective way to get internet throughout the house (previously had black spots as the TP Link Powerlines were’t working correctly) which was also then tested fully throughout. Very happy and will definitely use again!

I called Mr Cable for some help in investigating our telephone wiring resulting in poor broadband speeds. Simon called by and within 20 minutes he had identified and fixed the problem (some old, incorrectly connected wiring) resulting in our broadband speed increasing from 1. 5Mb to 11Mb (what it should be). Simon was efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. Very happy!

I called Simon Percival, owner of MrCable, for help to finish off a ethernet cabling job at my house. Four cables were in place: two to the lounge, one in the office and one for the router. I needed an ethernet box (I supplied) in the lounge and office, and the DSL cable joined up so the router could be moved. Most of the job was completed within 1. 5 hours but then Murray didn't have the tool required (to crimp RJ12s) which meant lots of trial and error for several hours. He persevered, and was obviously conscientious, but just wasn't experienced in this particular aspect of cabling/networking. He returned the following day to finish the work. Based on what Simon advised ('no more than a few hours') and Murray ('about an hour'), and my own research on what a skilled tradesman should do at ease, Murray was here about 7 hours. The cost was capped at £200, but really should have been less time and therefore less money. My job was only a small domestic installation but I was very impressed to get such a high quality and professional service. Thoroughly recommended!

Mr Cable fitted a 12 way cable switch from my satellite dish, finished off my ethernet network points and installed a new satellite point, including digging a trench outside the house to hide the cable. Delighted with the outcome. He completed the work over three visits (including the initial site inspection) and the work was finished two a high standard. He was also a very nice and personable man, which always makes things more of a pleasure. Highly recommended.

Jamie installed 3 Ethernet runs around our house. He was friendly and courteous at all times. The job was completed to an excellent standard and price-wise it came in under my budget. I think this company offers exceptional value for money. A real find. I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie to anyone.

I called Jamie out of the blue in desperation about my long-standing (12-year) appalling internet service from BT and Sky. I asked him a bunch of general questions. Even though it became apparent quite quickly that his firm would not be able to address my concerns directly, he nevertheless took a decent chunk out of his day and patiently explained the various possible issues, asking all the way along what the specific symptoms were, and suggesting possible routes for solving them. I know a reasonable amount about technology and can attest that his knowledge is spot-on: in addition all of the things he suggested have been backed up by BT's own engineers.

I had several extensions put in by a builder. I then got fibre broadband but noticed speeds were less than half. BT came out and found a fault externally but this did not resolve the problem. I was getting 35mb to the master but only 19mb to the other extensions. To be fair the BT engineer spent time trying to trace the cabling but due to time, left for his next appointment. I got hold of Jamie who came and resolved my problem. He arrived promptly. He was very efficient and tidy. He explained what the problem was and came up with a resolution. I have just had Jamie around to make 3 tv points around my home. Although it was not an easy job, Jamie took time to think of the best way to run the cables and was very patient with me changing my mind and fussing! He is very proffessional, friendly, and also a tidy worker. Would recommend him most defiantly! Happy customer :).

We needed to relocate our BT line. Jamie responded promptly to our request and did a very neat job in relocating the line. He also helped with and gave great advice on our broadband connection. I would thoroughly recommend and will use him on all future cabling, TV and satellite work.

Attached a TV wall mount and AV shelves to a wall which I was unsure was capable of taking the weight. Not only did they achieve this to perfection, the wall mount I had purchased was missing certain fittings and fixtures but that did not stop them being able to devise a solution to this which did not impact the result at all. Cabling throughout an office to facilitate WiFi. Work was carried out sympathetically, neat and tidy finish, crew kept environment clean throughout and tidied up after. Very professional.
