2 weeks before move date sent an email from moving solutions stating wrong move date. Looked at original confirmation which stated the correct date which we had booked and confirmed back to them. Had to cancel as move date was set, therefore having to rush to find a new removal company just before Christmas. No help or suggestions for a new company, awful customer service and completely left in the lurch.

From their initial quote to our furniture being delivered everyone we dealt with were friendly and extremely helpful. We opted to use this local company and were very pleased we did. They picked up our furniture on the Monday and delivered it on the Tuesday as we were moving to Scotland. They arrived on time packed and unpacked the furniture on time and nothing was too much bother to them. We would like to thank everyone, especially the lads on the move days. Nice one Moving Solutions!
