Great service and the place is very clean! It's always a pleasure to get my massage here.

I was training for a tough marathon and Viv helped me recover from some niggles and prepare me for the race. Her approach is very holistic and she focuses very much on the root cause rather than the symptoms. I would be happy to recommend her to any athlete.

I have a gait problem, a back problem and a stiff right hip (as the gait issue has had an affect on the whole of my body). I have found that Viv's massages has helped my osteopath sessions be more effective, my digestion has improved alot, I get less pain and tension, I sleep better and it has had a very positive impact on my life!

I have never been sporty nor was I particularly fit but Viv has stretched muscles I didn't know I had and sorted out my poor "sat at a desk all day" posture. I can highly recommend giving this a try if you have any posture issues or injuries, even not from sport!

Viv provides an excellent service for athletes and anyone with long term physical aches and pains. She really listens to what you want from a session and tailors them accordingly.

I have been quite an active sporty person all my life but as I have got older I have had to contend with a lot more muscle joint and soft tissue niggles! Viv's treatments and personalised 'between treatment' exercises she has given me have got me back on track every time me and helped rebuild my stamina strength and suppleness.

Being a keen runner has unfortunately often resulted in acheyness at best and injuries at worse. Since seeing Viv at Move Well Massage I've been able to manage past injuries and prevent future ones because of her physical treatments and advice. She gives more of an all-round service than I've experienced before and it is certainly paying off for me!
