Move In Matters Storage Solutions - absolute disgrace of a company. Randomly started stacking stuff against my house, I went out to ask them to move it, and was told to “f*ck off” and asked why it was a f*cking problem… In clear earshot of my two children (both under the age of ten). Phoned the office and spoke to someone who said they’d get them to apologise. One of them comes round to ‘apologise’, while accusing me of being aggressive. I phoned the office back and was accused of being a ‘bad parent’ for letting my children hear their workers abusing me.

I have used this company a number of times and they never fail to deliver an incredible service. They are organised and hardworking but extremely professional at the same time. They took care of all of my packing and nothing was too much to ask, they even plumbed in my washing machine and put together my wardrobes in my new house for me! They take the stress out of a very stressful day. Many thanks Paul and the team.

We cannot thank these guys enough after being let down by another local company Paul and his team came to the rescue and were very flexible with our dates as didn't charge us any more when we missed our first date we moved from Bicester to Kendal Cumbria 1/12/ they packed us up the day before everything was packed with care the team are polite and professional and worked so hard on the day they asked us what time we would like to start next day which meant we could then leave early for our 3 1/2 hour drive we were lucky to get our keys early and once again the boys worked so hard to get us unloaded they even out up our beds a big thank you to Paul Ollie Lewis who were with us through out and to Steve and Mr G for help with the packing and Tony for our survey 100% recommend.

What a fantastic professional team, Paul, John, Lewis, Harry, Steve and TT, all staff were very polite. We had the full packing service and nothing was too much trouble, everything was packed with care! The move from Bicester to Eastbourne went smoothly even with the added difficulty of getting our sofas into the town house through the 1st floor juliette balcony! We moved on March 25th 2020 the day after the lockdown. Paul's team went ahead with our move and adhered stirctly to the social distancing rules. My wife and I kept well out of the way of Gabriel and his three co workers. They completed the move promptly and efficiently. We suffered no damaged to our furniture. They did a thoroughly good job. The packing material which they gave to us was first class and it was collected the day after I told Paul that it was ready to collect. I would definitely recommend Move In Matters.

These are the best! They moved our entire chain on the hottest day in July 2018 to save the chain from breaking. The owner was kind and caring, nothing was too much trouble, his staff were friendly and professional and made the whole progress much less stressful. I would recommend them to everyone (and I do) Keep doing what you’re doing because you are excellent!

We were recommended Move in Matters by our estate agent and it was an excellent recommendation. Our moving date changed three times after exchange of contracts, and every time we notified Paul he was so calm, telling us that there was no problem whatsoever. The team who turned up on time, led by Gabriel, could not have been more polite. Every request was met and they moved boxes etc with care. They were very professional. It was a stress free move and I would use this company again.

I would highly recommend Paul and his team if you are moving. He aims to remove any stress from the removals process and prides himself on excellent customer service. He delivered on both for us when we moved from Adderbury to Sheffield recently. A few things went wrong - nothing to do with him - and he helped us to find solutions. Excellent service - highly recommend.

Brilliant service. Very professional, with exceptionally helpful staff. They dealt with a difficult situation on arrival in a truly professional manner - calm, but firm. They went that extra mile and were very, very supportive. We arrived to find a Vendor who had not moved out, and with no sign of a Removal van and the furniture still in the house. Without the help of Tom, Rash and Christian, it would have been a nightmare. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Some damage to furniture (two leather couches had been dragged and ripped)- took 2 months for someone to check it out, despite me having submitted photographic evidence of damage the day after the move. Finally after visiting, they promised to get back to me the next day. Another month has gone by and no action from them. Total failure to meet their commitment so cannot recommend.

I can't speak highly enough of 'Move in Matters'. They were recommended by a local estate agent and completely lived up to expectations. Paul, Mike and the team went beyond the service we expected, nothing was too much trouble. We received great service. The crew were punctual, polite and helpful. They solved all our moving problems and even connected the washing machine in the property we moved in to. Thank you 'Move in Matters'. We would certainly use you again for future moves.

So, two years on, we asked Move in Matters to look after our house move again (that's us a few reviews down the page there btw). Delighted once again. We had to move from one house with the bulk going into storage for eight months and a van load to a temporary address. Everything went really well - where there were tricky things to resolve, Paul resolved them fast. Whenever we needed help, such as fetching a bunch of stuff unexpectedly needed from storage (we were three-months longer in storage than we'd anticipated), Paul was instantly available. Still highly recommended.

They stored our stuff and then delivered. Still haven't delivered it all nor have they collected stuff that isn't ours. We only moved 2 years ago!

Following a recommendation from the estate agent I contacted Paul at Move in Matters, and I’m so glad I did. I have only praise for Paul and his team. From the initial quote right through to the removal day I was totally put at ease. Nothing was too much trouble, all my questions were answered, and the packing boxes arrived as and when I asked for them. On moving day any furniture needing to be dismantled for transit was then put back together at the new house. All in all Paul and his team provide a totally professional service but with a warm and friendly manner that is truly welcome during such a stressful time. I thoroughly recommend Move In Matters.

Move in Matters had been recommended to us by our Estate Agents. They provided any exceptional service with nothing being too much trouble. Any furniture that needed dismantling was re-assembled at the new home. They arrived in the morning when they said they would. Packing and moving was completely relaxed and stress free. Although this company was a last minute replacement Paul arrived on time to pack our house contents and on the day of the removal they were there on time and despite the terrible weather loaded the van without mishap and unloaded at our new house again without mishap. Really impressed with these guys. Nothing was too much trouble, they took all the stress of packing away even ringing to say 'Don't do too much packing in the last few days, we can help, don't push yourselves. ' That's typical of their incredibly positive and reassuring approach to the job. We moved from a three-bed standard Victorian Villa to a much larger but awkwardly laid out four-storey house - this meant that the lads had to dismantle many items to get them around twisting stairs and onto the right levels but they just cheerily got on with it. And finally, parking at the new house looked potentially a nightmare. It was the first thing I asked all of the removal companies about and only Move In Matters said 'Don't worry about it - it's our problem and we will make sure it's solved. ' That was a huge weight off our shoulders. I would recommend them without hesitation and will use the company next time too.

Four bed house move from Bicester to Oxford. Angus and Paul put us at ease straight away and after eight moves in five years! I can without any doubt report this was the smoothest. From the moment Angus came to give us a quote to the time we waved them off the drive nothing was too much trouble. Our new house in Oxford although beautiful must be a removal man/womans nightmare as it is set over three floors and has plenty of tight corridors and doors but you would never have guessed as the Move In Matters team were ultra professional and had a smile on their faces all day long. I would not hesitate to use Move In Matters again and will be recommending to all my friends and family.
