Received fantastic support from both Joe and Helena they worked excellent together to get me the best Mortgage deal. They made it easier as a first time buyer, there was alot of information to take in and found it overwhelming. Both were professional, patient and were available to contact easily. They put the effort and time into the process for me. I had initally purchased a house due to problems with the house and work needing done I never took the property. After finding another property Joe and Helena again assisted and were superb until the finish. To anyone looking for reliable and overall support would highly recommend. It was great experience. Thomas Thompson was my initial point of contact and he was very helpful and knowledgeable and always quick to reply if I needed help which wasn't the case with conveyancing solicitor I have chosen. When we found suitable mortgage I was then moved to Nicola Barker who was just as amazing. I had to re-negotiate the purchase price half way through the process, which meant my mortgage had to be changed, and it was done within a day with no problems at all. Unfortunately Nicola was on holiday when I completed my purchase so I had third person assigned to me Shelby Humphries and she was just as great. There are few things that could be improved like staying with the same person throughout the process, but I do understand it can take up to 6 months if you are in the chain and people do have lives to live and holidays to enjoy. Another thing worth mentioning is there were no information at all about what will happen on the day of completion and after that, as a first time buyer I had absolutely no idea how long in advance I had to transfer deposit money into my current account, or how stressful it would be transferring large sum of money to my solicitor can be. It would have improved my experience to have a bit of information on that as well as how long it will take for the first mortgage payment to be taken, as I expected it to be taken on the day of completion.

Thanks to Helena and Sheila for helping us throughout our mortgage process. As first time buyers they took us through till completion. We really appreciate you for your patience and everything. You people are Excellent.

I mostly knew what I was looking for in a mortgage and the options available. However it was very helpful to run through this with an outside party to confirm everything had been considered, and I had seen all the different options available. Joe and Helena were really helpful in running through what was needed, and took the hassle out of submitting our mortgage application and putting everything in place. A very useful service!
