I was initially consulted by Luke Tuley, who took time to understand my requirements and provide useful advice on options and what to expect when remortgaging. The process was very seamless, which was testament to the hard work going on behind the scenes. I was kept informed by Helena Dutton throughout and advised promptly when action was required from myself. Both Luke and Helena were very helpful in dealing with the mortgage provider and solicitor which really expedited my purchase. Their director (Daniel) even stepped in to deal with a sticky issue with the solicitors. Helena Dutton then remained in contact through the remainder of the process and kept is informed on any available updates and meant all our updates were centralised which took some pressure off of us.
