I’d been dealing with another mortgage provider prior to speaking with Ed, which was proving less than straightforward and Ed quickly proved himself to be a diamond in the sea of mortgage advisors. Well since our move things have been a little chaotic so it's only several months later that I'm getting round to writing a review. I want to offer my sincere thanks to Helena Dutton and Joe Alvey for all of their help guiding me through the mortgage process. I am a FTB and really knew nothing about how things worked. Joe showed a lot of patience taking time to explain things to me, whilst also allowing me time to consider my options, he was always available to answer any questions I had and I had a lot! His knowledge and efficiency was excellent and everything ran very smoothly! Helena was able to keep in touch frequently once my mortgage had been approved and kept the process moving ensuring I was aware at all times what the next step was and prompting updates from my solicitor/estate agents regularly.
