My husband and I cannot recommend Kamrul enough, along with his efficient and responsive assistant, Helena. Kamrul guided us through the whole process and answered all of our questions in a professional but personable manner. Both Kamrul and Helena were easy to contact and responded promptly. I, myself am a first time buyer but Kamrul found us a rate that made me feel a lot more optimistic about what we could afford. We are now in a house with our baby and am so grateful to Kamrul and Helena for all their help. Just recently purchased my first house. Ed from Wenham Mortgages was recommended by family. Right from the start to viewing houses in budget, through to getting a suitable mortgage in place, Ed has helped me along the way, I don't think I could have got my first house without his help. Ed was extremely helpful and understanding, advising the various routes for home ownership and budget requirements. We cannot recommend Daniel Wenham at Mortgage Advice Bureau highly enough. We were introduced to Daniel through a work event, and after sending an enquiry online on New Year’s Eve, he called us at 6pm the same day. From that very first conversation, we knew he was committed, knowledgeable, and someone we could trust. We are usually used to doing everything ourselves, so trusting someone else with our mortgage process was not easy for us. However, Daniel made the whole experience simple and reassuring. Our mortgage process took only around 45 minutes with him, compared to the hours we had previously spent dealing directly with the bank. When our case became complex and our solicitor dropped the case, Daniel calmly stepped in, took things in hand, and helped us navigate the legal side as well. His support made a huge difference. We hav just completed two re-mortgages (one residential and one buy-to-let).
