My house sale/purchase process ended up being rather complicated, spanning 2 and a half years and 4 different house purchases. Throughout that time I was supported by Tom Thompson and Nicola Barker, both of whom were very supportive, offering advice and guidance, and looking at a range of options for the situation I was in. For each one of my attempted purchases, Tom found me a great rate, and clearly explained everything from the mortgage itself to other elements required, such as home insurance (and also arranged this for me), and Nicola kept me regularly updated on the progress enquiring with and, where necessary, chasing estate agents and solicitors for me, to ensure my sale/purchase was progressing, which was reassuring and took an enormous weight off my mind. For various reasons, the whole house move event was rather stressful at times, but made significantly easier with the support they both provided. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for mortgage assistance.
