Could not ask for better service. Edward Gatheral was our main mortgage broker who really took the time to go into depth with us about everything we needed. As first time buyers I couldn't feel any more supported. Shelby Humphries our administrator was great at chasing for us and keeping us informed with updates. A special mention to Charlotte Vickers as Operations Manager that helped us when we were unhappy with our original solicitors too. With all the stressors of buying a home for the first time, they did everything in their power to reduce their impact.

As a first time buyer, deciding on who to use for my mortgage was a daunting prospect. I luckily was recommended Kam, who was excellent at not only explaining my options, but patient in going through all of the details needed to secure. Felt like the process was efficient and transparent - which is what I was looking for. Helena was a great help too in organising all of the paperwork / admin involved on the build up to the handover. Will be recommending MAB to my friends/family in future.
