We used the Mortgage Advice Bureau for both a remortgage with additional borrowing and a buy-to-let remortgage, and the service throughout was excellent. Sheila did an amazing job of putting together the right mortgage offer for us. She was flexible, accommodating and clearly a true expert in her field, making the whole process straightforward and easy to understand. Once our mortgage offer was completed, we were handed over to Helena, who was incredibly helpful and professional. Communication was regular throughout, and when we experienced delays with the solicitor, Helena worked tirelessly to keep things moving, push for completion and ensure we were kept fully informed.
