Nick is an absolute natural at what he does and brings so much energy and drive to each session, building a great team atmosphere and motivating everyone to really push ourselves every week. Having never tried cross-training before, I was initially quite apprehensive, but Nick's warmth and encouragement soon made me feel right at home. I've only recently started coming along to weekly training sessions with Moose, but I can already see the visible improvements to not only my strength and fitness, but also my confidence levels and willingness to try new things. I thoroughly recommend Moose to anyone interested in giving it a go!
Nick is an excellent instructor; every single workout has been different and he knows how to push you to your limit. With him you do exercises and combinations that you wouldn't have thought of doing by yourself. There's not yet been a session that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed.
I train once a week with Moose X-Training and I love it! Nick is very motivational and I can see real improvements since joining! Activities vary from individual and group exercises. I plan on continuing going training for the foreseeable future. If you haven't tried it give it a go! I recommend to anyone of all ages, abilities and fitness levels!
Well done Nick. You have taken a group of very busy colleagues from the very youngest to the very not-so-young and to the fittest to the not-so-fit and managed to keep us all turning up and engaged every Monday evening - we are all the better for it. Workouts are great for building team spirit. Nick does his shouting in (quite) a nice way too - if only he could count backwards properly his seconds from 5 down to 1 has never taken as long as they do at his sessions :-).
Nick led my son's birthday party in our communal garden with brio. He managed to get the 16 excited children all listening, participating (the few girls as well as the boys), and enjoying every moment. This was no easy job, but Nick knew how to be patient, ferm, funny as well as professional. Well done.
Moose Training has been working with our daughter for three years, since she was 10 years old. She wanted to build her fitness, stamina and strength as she loves sports. Training with Nick has helped her improve her overall athletic performance. In addition, personal training really helps her feel empowered, strong and healthy and this has been especially important for her as she starts her teenage years. Nick is a great role model, motivating and solid. Now, she works with Jacob and he is also an excellent trainer. He pushes her just enough where she can achieve her goals but not over do it. Like Nick, Jacob is creative and a great motivator.
I have been training with The Moose for 3 months and have seen stunning results, I am more confident in wearing clothes I hadn't put on for over two years since my son was born. Even better my best friend joins us at no extra charge. Nick is outstanding, I really cant find anything negative to say, his attention to detail is immaculate, I have had trainers in the past but compared to Nick they are all second best.
I have had an amazing experience training with Nick this summer! Fun, interesting workouts that keep you on your toes. For anyone looking for a good exercise class, this is great way to work out and get healthy while meeting people and laughing with friends. I would definitely recommend it, you rock Nick!
What a difference these guys make! Moose X-Training has been fun, totally simple to arrange, flexible and super varied in terms of activities: Nick and his team have made getting into shape for the big race so much more enjoyable than I could ever have thought possible - massively recommended!
Excellent work, never had so much fun while working out which made me never miss a session. Nick is a master at work, each session is different and each time I laugh so hard my stomach hurts the day after. I have lost 1 stone in 2 months very happy roll on the summer.
I have been training with Team Moose for 3 months and love it, Nick is the machine behind the company and never seems to stop and he has a top team working with him, I train with Sylwia for my boxing and Matthew and Nick for my fat burning and core work. Once you have tried them you will love them. 10/10.
I am a reluctant and lazy exerciser so the convenience of having the moose trainer come to me really works ! Training is hard but fun! The trainers really know their stuff and you feel like you are with the experts unlike some trainers I have had in the past! Add to that enthusiasm encouragement and a sense if fun and you have a winning combination!
