Moi Chef Caterers

I have been working alongside a representive chef from moi chef, as we were understaffed in our 2 rossette kitchen. The chef appeared punctual and presentable. Was extremely eager to learn! , I couldn't express the intrest that he took in the cooking that we comply with. It couldnt of been easy for him to step into a fantastic fine dining experience, but did, never tried to do things always seeked the proper advice. I myself have been a rossetted chef all my career and can honestly say that the eagerness is there. I work at AN LOCHAN in tighnabruaich wich is highly respectable, prior to this i ran monachyle mhor hotel restaraunt kitchen with another partner, which is now known as MHOR, the tv famous Tom Lewis, cooking for the queens birthday, (Great British Menu). I have also competed in the young michelien chef of scotland for the last three years, okay not wining but highest placing of 6th at 18 years of age, i know food, i know cooking and i KNOW CHEFS,Our assistant was know as Neil, nickname (HESTON), a blumental look alike. Fantastic Guy, Very friendly and made acquantance with all the team very quickly and with the greatest of ease. Brought the moral of my whole team to a great high, okay service got busy and he knew in himself it was time to focus, perfection.Very minor, not problems, but my lack of not explaining, ran into a few dead ends, but this is just the truth, it was not from his own fault but of mine from not giving the proper support for which he needed.To conclude, well me personally would not hire Neil to do my dinner party, why because i love to cook, if however you do only enjoy cooking and want a night off to relax with your close friends and family and to have an exeptional meal then yes i can highly reccomend it, as i have taught him plenty in the last week and he is eager to impress you lucky people to get to taste his labour.I hope you find this review helpful.Max Hogg.Moreexpand_more
