Our gardens rooms start from £15,000 all inclusive. (sizes start from 2. 5m x 2. 5m, up to whatever your garden will allow).
In every project we use modern methods of construction. This includes things like concrete cladding on the outside. This comes in a range of colours and directions, the colours don't fade and it's maintenance free. We also use ground screws; these don't need any digging so it leaves your gardens clean. They are also economical, green and quick and easy to install. These also help to over come challenges like trees. The structures are also built out of SIP panels. These have high thermal properties so your structure will stay warm regardless of the weather. They are also waterproof, fire - retardant, economical and quick and easy to install. Finally, we also use EDPM. This used recycled tyres to give you a strong rubber roof.

Modular Designs recently completed a ground floor extension for us and we couldn't be happier with the end result! When working from home became a necessity during 2020, we contacted Howard at Modular Designs and immediately liked his Garden Rooms. The service was very personable and the team was fantastic. We were also able to visit a room that was under construction, which was a great help visually. Once work started, the team was constantly on site and Howard always stopped by to check on progress. Lighting, heating sockets and flooring were included in the finished product cost and the walls were painted too, so the room was instantly usable. This garden room was an investment for us but I have been using the room on an almost daily basis for a year now and the it's worth it's weight in gold, as an office, gym and social area. We highly recommend Howard, Mark and the team.
