From my first enquiry to the last visit after installing the stairlift our experience of everyone at Mobility Scotland Ltd has been entirely positive. Pierce was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and the stairlift was installed three weeks after I placed the order. Raymond, the engineer, was pleasant and efficient, and fitted the stairlift without fuss or mess. Follow-up has been excellent ensuring everyone is clear on how to use the stairlift. It is a first-class piece of equipment making daily life easier and safer.

We recently had a stairlift installed for our mother. From the initial call with Pierce through to the installation by Raymond, we cannot fault this company. Communication was consistent, clear and prompt, and everything was focused on our mum's needs, with adjustments made to suit her specific disability; no hard sell or pressure at any time. Raymond took time to show mum how to use it with much patience and good humour, and Pierce came for a follow-up visit as promised the next day. Would thoroughly recommend Mobility Scotland as nothing less than superb! Thank you for reassuring us at a very difficult time, and for helping our mum adjust to her new circumstances.

Would thoroughly recommend this company. They were fantastic when I needed to get a stair lift installed for my mum. Pierce was so patient with her during the initial meeting and so understanding of her needs. He kept us informed throughout the process leading up to a visit post installation to make sure we were happy with everything, which we were! I phoned Mobility Scotland on Tuesday 28th July 2026, advising I was looking for a lightweight, foldable wheelchair for my 94 year old mother, who resides in Kirkintilloch, and explaining the needs thereof. As I stay in Oban, I arranged to meet on Friday 31st July 2026, my next scheduled visit. On arrival, I was met by Stephen Scott, who immediately showed ne a wheelchair which fully met all requirements, and was provided with a full demonstration of the workings, and purchased same. Great service.

My dad recently used Mobility Scotland to install a stairlift. Every aspect of this company is outstanding, from the initial phone call to the after-sales support. They are a small team, and it really shows in the best possible way, with truly personal service, excellent communication, and an efficient, professional approach that more companies would do well to provide. Absolutely reliable from start to finish, and the installation and product are both of an exceptionally high standard. I cannot recommend them enough.

Smooth from initial enquiry to final installation. Paul understood my requirements and answered all my questions in detail and the quote was exactly as requested. The installation was booked in line with my timelines and I was kept updated throughout of installation timings closer to the day. Installation went like clockwork, with everything explained and confirmation given of the support contact details. I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mobility Scotland.

The MS team have been superb from start to finish and from the initial meeting to installation of our stairlift took less than a week. Pierce from sales was excellent and Raymond from the install team was also really good. I cannot recommend them highly enough for service, personality, value for money and general approach. I have resisted getting a stair lift for such a long time, thinking it's "giving in". Oh my goodness how wrong was I. After having numerous stairlift companies tell me it wasn’t possible to fit a stairlift in my home unless they did major work of knocking down walls in my home. The Mobility Scotland Team in Kirkintilloch have made this possible for me without knocking down walls. I now have my stairlift installed and I can now get upstairs and downstairs safely without having to worry about losing my balance. The whole team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, they couldn’t do enough for me, their customers service is 1st class. When you phone them your call is answered straight away. When they say they will be there, they are. Absolutely fantastic service. Thank you to everyone involved for making this happen. I can highly recommend this company.

Mobility Scotland installed a rise and recline chair. I was worried that the company might not have been able to fit the chair through the doors of the house, but they were able to easily remove an old armchair and install the new chair in minutes. I was very impressed with the service I received! I would recommend anyone wanting mobility products to go to Mobility Scotland as their first choice. Mobility Scotland is a family owned company which means you get great service and the costs are not as high as some of the other mobility companies you see advertised.

Pleasant experience, good product.

From start to finish, the whole process was easy. From talking to Billy on the phone, to then meeting Paul who helped us decide which option was best for us. Robert was the fitter and he did a great job and tidied up after he was finished. I would definitely recommend using this company to anyone who is considering a mobility aid.
