I had to get a stairlift installed in my dad’s home very quickly. The turnaround was absolutely amazing, from initial contact right through to installation. The quality of the equipment that was installed is fantastic. Honestly I can’t thank the team enough.

Our family have dealt with Mobility Scotland on 4 occasions over the past couple of years to buy various mobility aid items from a manual wheelchair to a stairlift. Despite the Kirkintilloch centre being supposedly closed due to Tier 4 restrictions when we called in on the off chance the manager was present getting ready to open up the following day as we came out of the lockdown. He kindly opened up the centre and provided my wife with exactly the Cosyfeet slippers she was looking for. He couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. Beyond the call of duty.

My family and friends have used Mobility scotland for many reason one for a stair lift for family friend and also. For a leather recline arm chair that also would rise to standing position. I myself purchased 2 seater sofa which is the right size and comfort and single arm chair to match this was all measured for my own measurements the staff and billy took a lot of time with me and I have had this for 3 years and no issues with it Both other members of the family that have used mobility scotland have all had a great call out service and Turn around time if anything was required. I contacted Mobility Scotland Kirkintilloch in August with regards to my Sister who suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoporosis. Marie is also housebound and Billy kindly arranged a House visit. He took measurement for a suitable chair and we chose a style and material. I have suffered from mobility issues for some time now. Mobility Scotland have helped me regain my independence by providing me with a boot scooter. I am now able to comfortably go to shops and out for some fresh air whereas beforehand I was unable to do this. It fits into the boot of my car so the world is my oyster. I cannot fault the commitment of the staff who ensured that my needs were met and they have been a god send to me.
