I had some issues with my laptop so decided to have someone take a look at it. I cannot express how happy I am with the service provided. My laptop is now running much better than when it was even brand new after some upgraded parts. The service was very fast and professional. I couldn't have asked for more with the added bonus of not having to leave my living room!

In just about an hour Paul seems to have sorted out what has been bugging my laptop for nearly a year - it was unable to update it's version of Windows 10. I Will recommend him to all my friends and family. No more pulling my hair out!

One message to Paul and arrangements were made within 3 days to come and set up my new Dell PC Tower. He arrived on time with a call beforehand to inform me he was on his way. We discussed my requirements and he made suggestions on the best set up for me. As I am not a computer tech he was able to simplify the work being carried out so I was able to understand the set up. Upon completion he gave me a summary of the work undertaken and the coatings. Paul was very professional in his approach and is knowledge and expertise was evident throughout his visit. I was advised that he would provide a back up service if required and to deal with any problems or questions I might need. I would definitely use him again and recommend to family and friends.

Paul once again came to our rescue when both our laptop and desktop units were causing difficulties. We don't know much about this technology and it's really good that he speaks plain english and is able to simplify both the description of the problem as well as proposed solutions. He provides costed options and gives pros and cons of what's on offer. He is also able to put himself in the customers' shoes and makes recommendations accordingly. He is very thorough and provides good value.
