We went to Bath in our motorhome in November, just as the weather turned cold. Our first night the temperature went down to 3 degrees, and our heating and hot water packed up. Our site gave us Mike's details and he came out promptly the next day, despite just having visited the dentist. He spent a good time with us, but could not immediately fix our problem. He had a good idea of what was causing the problem (a fault on the circuit board) so advised us to go direct to Truma. Once we had the board checked, Mike was then able to remove the whole system, not an easy task, give it a good clean and then fix the system. He was quick, reliable, and excellent value for money.
