Suffolk Chamber of CommerceMJ Training offers First Aid, Food Safety, Health and Safety and Manual Handling of loads and people, training clients across East Anglia, including, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and London. We are based in Lowestoft and formed in 2010 by Michele Judd who has many years of experience in the business services profession.
We deliver both accredited training courses though our Awarding Body, Qualsafe Awards, as well as bespoke non accredited training if required. With high quality, cost effective and enjoyable courses, we go above and beyond.
We believe in value for money and giving all our learners the best training possible. So all our first aid courses include adult, child, baby resuscitation and choking procedures along with other additional subjects relevant to our clients needs. We have a wide range of training AED units to allow learners the opportunity to see how different units work.
We can deliver training both at your premises, or at our venue in Lowestoft, Suffolk. At our venue we hold regular open first aid courses for individuals and businesses. Which particularly suits businesses who only need a couple of members of staff trained and therefore a course on their premises is not cost effective.

MJ Training are a family based business with a team of trainers and event first aiders, who are enthusiastic about what they do. Every trainer and event first aider has a range of experience in many other work settings. They are therefore able to understand the learners and clients, work scenarios, restrictions and concerns.

The instructor was really good in providing details when asked a question. It was great fun as the trainer made sure her lessons were not boring and all her trainees were alert. I learnt alot of new things from the First Aid Training and would definitely take the course agin if offered.

I attended a 3 day level 3 first aid course. I thoroughly enjoyed the layout of the training room. Th course content was taught really well and Michelle was really helpful in helping me to master the correct CPR technique. After attending the course, I feel confident in being able to carry out first aid and deal with any situations I may come across.

I'm grateful for the flexibility in allowing me to complete the First Aid at Work refresher course to fit in with other commitments. Sue was friendly, helpful and encouraging with her teaching style which included visual and practical aides to support my learning. The content was easy to follow and very fluid. The trainer was excellent, well modulated and very professional. The venue was very good and within a short distance of on street/off street parking. Having attended far too many first aid courses spanning 40 years, this is in all honestly one of the best. Very well done and thank you for a very enjoyable course.
