The pipe to our outside tap was leaking (not stop dribble). He fixed that, altered the connection under our sink that feeds it and put on a new tap. He left the job neat and tidy and was a very pleasant man. No problems since - would recommend him.

Lee was professional from the outset, when I outlined my plumbing problem. His quote was produced quickly. It was clear and easy to understand. Once I had accepted his quote, he came round the next day! Lee is polite, friendly and approachable. A good communicator. He did a great job and cleared up when he had finished. Serviced our gas boiler. Did all the safety checks, did not make any mess and cleared up afterwards.

Many thanks to Liam for turning out 8pm friday, after I unavoidably missed his allocated visit earlier. It was a simple battery change on a smoke alarm but located in a potentially hazardous place for me to do it myself. Plus 2 friends had been unable to remove the cover from. The device.
