Found Milner off road on line after desperately needing a bolt for my truck, after finding what I thought was the part I needed on their site I called and gave a part number clearly asking if this was the bolt I needed and describing where it was to go, as the picture looked the same but I wasn't sure about the size. I even payed nearly £8 on a £1. 30 bolt for next day delivery only for the bolt to be wrong. After calling and asking for help I was basically told it's my fault, despite the fact I gave very clear instructions and was asking for their knowledge on their own parts. Absolutly disgusting, very poor customer service. AVOID.

A genuine number was given to us off our website which is the bolt we sent you, unfortunately this wasn't the bolt you actually required as we did not stock the bolt you needed. We can only go off the information provided to us when we take your order, which on this occasion was just a number you provided. We are more than happy to give you a full refund (including postage) as a gesture of goodwill, if you wish to send the bolt back to us. Many Thanks.
