We have used Millbrook Property Services for a number of years. From carpet cleaning to regular window cleaning to cleaning of the inside and outside of our conservatory. The team are extremely efficient and take great pride in their work. The communication, thoughtfulness, superior and professional quality of their work is second to none and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

True professionals. Replied promptly to a request for a quote, had excellent communication regarding scheduling, arrived bang on time and did a superior, quality job cleaning our windows. John and Steve are very pleasant to work with too. Such a positive experience we had them back to install bird guards.

I don’t usually write a review but feel strongly about such excellent service We moved recently and engaged Millbrook to clean our exterior windows and inside and outside a difficult to access conservatory. Amazing service, turned up when they said they would and went the extra mile. Great communication and the job itself is impressive they were efficient and cleaned up afterwards I will use again and recommend without hesitation.

Highly recommended - Millbrook did a great job of cleaning our patio which was very discoloured and had a lot of black mould. It wasn't an easy job but they persevered, returning several times until they had achieved a really good end result. They are clearly committed to doing things properly. They were also reliable, polite and cheerful despite sometimes working in the pouring rain. Very pleased overall and our patio is unrecognisable compared to before!

Had the gutters professionally cleaned within 24hrs. Very good job and wouldn’t know they had been.

So pleased with all the work Millbrook has done on our house. They gave quote and did work within a week to an extremely high standard. We had gutters cleared/cleaned. All fascia, windows/surrounds cleaned. Plus conservatory cleaned which totally transformed the area so that it looks like new again. The difference has been amazing and have arranged a future date for repeat work later in the year. We highly recommend this Company.

Gutter clearing: emailed John and Stephen on Monday night, had a reply the next day and the gutters cleared on Thursday. Polite and speedy service which was appreciated as the downpipe was completely blocked, and therefore overflowing during heavy rain. It hasn't rained as hard since the work was completed so time will tell if this solved the problem, but I imagine it would have. Would recommend Millbrook Services to friends and family.
