Mike Driver Close Up Magician

Mike tirelessly entertained everyone at our Family Event with some of his original tricks. During the event everyone gave good feedback on his magic. Highly recommended.

Mike was recently at our Wonderland Ball, he was a pleasure from start to finish. Kept us fully informed prior to the ball, arrived on time, was a calming presence on us as the hosts. An absolute pleasure, and kept our guests entertained and mesmerised.

Mike was booked for a corporate celebratory event. He was great to communicate with before and during the evening. He ensured that he worked around the room so that all of the guests were entertained. He certainly did not disappoint and we would recommend him to others wanting to add something different to an event!

I had asked Mike to go beyond the call of duty for our event (a charity dinner for a thousand people). Not only did Mike perform close up magic as the guests gathered at reception, but Mike also performed his magic around the tables inbetween courses. Even taking the stage at one point to perform a couple of tricks that formed part of the main entertainment that evening. Mike was in his element in mingling with the guests and almost being the host for the event. I'm so glad I thought out of the box and researched how else we could keep our high networth guests entertained for the evening. Mike really brought it together. Thank you once again Mike.

Well what can we say, we originally met Mike at a wedding convention in Harrogate and his amazing magic captured us immediately. We book him instantly without any hesitation for our wedding scheduled May 2020. Unfortunately due to covid our wedding like others was postponed several times and Mike’s commitment to us was amazing moving his own arrangements to meet our needs. What a genuinely lovely guy with a huge talent. He delivered a great show of magic on the day that left a great impression on our guests and us. Cannot thank both Mike and his wife Lynda enough for all they did for us.

I saw Mike perform at a friends 60th Birthday and was captivated. So much so, that I engaged him for a gathering of 72 people last Saturday. He made his way around the attendees during reception and in between courses at a sit down meal and the comments I received afterwards reflect his skill. Some were still talking about how amazing his work was late into the night.

Mike entertained around 50 guests at the Hip Joint, a lively luncheon club in Bentham. He was a wonderful performer and his amazing close up illusions are still being talked about. His timing was brilliant and he tuned in straight away to the needs and interests of the group. Thank you Mike.

An ultra professional performance thoroughly entertained a boisterous group of youngsters from 2- 15; plus 40 odd adults ? - no mean feat ! Something for everyone - great fun which everyone enjoyed immensely - well worth a good look - sure no one would be disappointed!

Mike entertained our lunch party of 45 people really brilliantly. He did a short introduction to the whole group to get their interest and then worked round the room, a table at a time, really wowing the guests with his spellbinding magic. They were so close to it that they couldn't help but be impressed. He got people to join in, holding things and testing them and that really helped their engagement and enjoyment. He comes highly recommended and really good value for money.

I approached Mike to perform at a charity fundraiser event. From the first email Mike was very informative, letting me know exactly what he would be doing, how he managed his time and a breakdown of his prices. He kept in contact leading up to the event to let us know he was still available. Upon meeting Mike he was very open, warm and had also adhered to the dress code. We had approximately 170 people and he managed to perform to every group, he was clear and concise in his performance and I have had lots of feedback about how friendly he was to approach. I would highly recommend Mike and we will definitely book again for future events.

Mike was the magician for our wedding in August, from first contact Mike was amazing. He's such a lovely guy, he explained the process of the booking very well and was very accomodating. On the day of the wedding all the guest said Mike was absolutely fantastic, I was surprised how many people he actually got to show tricks too! Everybody was really impressed. The magic tricks he did for me and my husband on the day were outstanding! We really were mind blown! Was a credit to have Mike there on our wedding day, so glad we booked him and would recommend him to anyone for weddings and events.

We won a competition for Mike to do a few hours magic at our wedding and boy am I glad we won! We probably never would have considered a magician until we met Mike. But his balance of wit, enthusiasm and skill had us all wowed! So it became a no-brainer! All our guests raved about him and said that it must be "actual sorcery"! Mike was a very visual interactive performer, his table top magic show at our wedding was very intimate and he encouraged close up guest participation. The guests and young children loved it. Mike has a lovely presence and his show was definitely a hit. We would definitely use him again,. And guests also said they would use him also.

Mike brought an extra touch of magic to my daughters wedding party, having Mike there doing his magic helped bring people together, strangers became friends all sharing the wonder of how he does it. Perfect entertainment for a special event.

Magic Mike entertained us at Potto Village Hall with table hopping magic tricks at our Annual Dinner Party in January 2019.
