About Middlesbrough Karate Academy

Middlesbrough karate academy has been running for 16 years. We are a small family friendly club. All aspects of karate are taught.
Self defence, Fittness, confidence building, competition karate, club, national and international level.

All instructors are DBS checked, also myself is a.
Level 2 first aid certificate holder.
Everyone, as in students and instructors Are issued With a license ( insurance ).

Karate has recently been entered into the Olympics games for 2020 in Japan One of the 5 new sports.

I have been practising karate for 40 years.
I have competed club, national and international level.
Represented, England and Great Britain I have been teaching and coaching since I was 17.
