Based in central Bristol, Michael Knight are Chartered Building Surveyors offering a full range of Building Surveying Services to clients in Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, North Somerset and the surrounding South West Region. Established in 1999 the principal has over 25 years experience as a Chartered Building Surveyor.

The practice provides a range of Building Surveying Services that include: - Party Wall Surveyors providing Party Wall Advice.
- Building Surveys and Property Surveys on residential and commercial properties
- Planned maintenance schedules on all types of properties.
- Defect diagnosis reports on specific Building Problems.

The practice also provides advice on and plans for extensions and alterations, management services including obtaining any necessary local authority approvals. The products are available from the practice and these reports can be emailed.

Michael Knight has an expanding customer base located in and around Bristol including private clients, local business companies, ecclesiastical and management company bodies and property developers.
