Established in 2007, Catering Development has many years of experience in the hospitality, food sector and provides food safety, licensing, first aid, HACCP training to clients throughout the UK. The company is based in Nottingham. Delivering cost effective, accredited training courses in the workplace at times to suit the client's business.

Using interactive sessions and experienced trainers, the business delivers a tailored training service to businesses. The training is designed to be cost effective, enabling clients to achieve training compliance.

The company delivers compliance training, including food hygiene, HS, HACCP and first aid, on the client's business premises, the training courses are designed for all levels and are nationally accredited. The training available nationwide.

- HACCP for Manufacturing Level 2 - 4
- HACCP for Catering Level 2 and 3
- First Aid at Work (3day)
- First Aid at Work - re qualification (2 Day)
- Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day)
- Appointed Person (1 day)
- Level 2 Award for Personal License Holders (APLH)
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

With a range of industrial experience and qualifications, Catering Development has a professional team, qualified to deliver training in all sectors.

All staff hold recognised teaching qualifications and are registered trainers with the following awarding bodies.

- Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC)
