Metal Parts Direct laser cut and supply a wide range of metal shims and packers, but if we don't have quite what you need, we also manufacture bespoke metal shims if required, order online through our simple form today.

Our metal shims are available as square shims, horseshoe shims and rectangular shims, they are laser cut out of various grades of metal from as thin as 0. 9mm to as thick as 20mm.

Square shims are often used for levelling and aligning heavy items, such as; squaring up cabinets, adjusting floorboards, levelling workbenches or packing heavy items for transit.

Horseshoe shims are often used in construction and manufacture around bolts and fastenings. They are suitable for spacing, aligning and leveling windows, doors, cabinets, joints and floor joists, as well as wall and insulation board shimming.
