I work for one of the biggest auction centres in the uk and we use Merrin auto services to diagnose and carry out major and minor repairs to our customers vehicles which is on a large scale. Nathan returned my initial call promptly and arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem with my daughter's Vauxhall Tigra as a damaged head gasket. He forwarded a draft invoice the same day setting out the parts required and very reasonable labour costs and final price. He arranged a date to carry out the work and once again arrived promptly and did a thorough and professional job explaining everything which he had done. We are very impressed with Nathan's professionalism and knowledge and will be using him for all our servicing and repairs in the future.

Asked Nathan to do the cambelt change on my VW T4. He arrived exactly on time and did a very professional job. Nice to deal with someone who is both trustworthy and gives you the impression that he knows what he is doing! Provided helpful advice on several other potential issues too.

Absolutely first class service and great value for money, needed a window regulator fitted and was turned down by a few garages as i'd sourced the part myself. I turned to Nathan and was expecting to pay abit more as his is a mobile service so was delighted at the price he quoted me. He rang to let me know he was 20mins away and got the job done in just under an hour. So I ended up paying less than he'd quoted. It so nice to find a decent and honest mechanic. My VW T4 wasn't starting and Nathan came and diagnosed it and fixed the problem in the same day. He squeezed it in amongst other jobs so that we could have the van in time for the weekend. Much appreciated. Friendly and helpful and as far as I can see a good job has been done. Now it starts no probs.

Had an issue with the clutch on our VW T4. Nathan came and sorted it out and also made sure that it was properly fixed and not just appearing fixed. He was polite and friendly. He answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend his services.

15/01/15 - We required a local mechanic to quick fix our Mini Cooper, which needed a replacement suspension arm. My partner is a local mid-wife and desperately needed her car back on the road. Merrin Auto Services was the first "mobile mechanic" in North Somerset under freeindex internet search and it was the best decision I could have made to call them. Nathan already had a very heavy workload, but he made time during the evening to repair our car, coming out in sleeting rain and bitterly cold weather. Nathan provided a friendly efficient service, extremely competitively priced and we couldn't recommend him highly enough. We will definitely use MAS again and I am going to make my family and friends aware of this first class mobile mechanic service. THANK YOU NATHAN - ABSOLUTELY SPOT ON!

Nathan was extremely helpful throughout the whole MOT process. He gave us excellent value for money; especially as a lot of work needed to be done! The service was incredibly quick and the whole MOT process was completed in two days; again, brilliant considering the amount of work that needed to be done. Nathan's communication was top-notch and we were kept up to date throughout the whole process. The work appears to have been carried out to a top quality level. All in all, Nathan was a reliable and honest person to deal with; we would definitely recommend.
