Paul's service exudes quality and I'll be going back to Merbury Management with my Passat when it's time for a change. I have no doubt that he'll find exactly what I need. Once again, I have to thank Paul for finding a really nice car for me. The service he provides is exemplary. From taking my initial criteria through to delivery, as well as completing all the paperwork and following up afterwards, Paul goes the extra mile. Very happy with my purchase of a used BMW 640d from Merbury Management. Up front, Paul provided a clear and honest response to any queries regarding the vehicle spec, history, condition, service records, etc. All communication was prompt, courteous, friendly, and most importantly without pushy sales pressure. I had travelled some distance to purchase the car but, unfortunately, on the day my bank (wrongly) blocked my final payment under a suspected payment fraud - very frustrating! . As my bank's fraud department was closed for the day (even more frustrating! ), I was not able to resolve this issue, and therefore make final payment to purchase the car, until the following morning. Paul was incredibly patient and understanding, he became my local hotel booking agent, my FOC taxi driver to and from my accommodation, my therapist, and even threw in a couple of bottles of chilled beer to calm my fraying nerves.
