Very impressed by the knowledge and expert information provided by Lee and Dave. I had a strange issue with my laptop. I spoke to Dave on the phone and decided to try the shop. I'm very pleased I did! I met Lee, very easy to talk with, very knowledgeable and reassuring. Laptop ready for collection next day, all sorted and reasonable price. The shop has a great choice of IT kit. Highly recommend.

I took my laptop in for a diagnostic review, and the hard drive was worn out. I then got some very helpful advice from Lee in the shop, and I bought a new laptop from them. The Value, Service and Quality was excellent, and I can recommend them most highly.

My laptop had developed a problem which I couldn’t fix so took it to them it was fixed promptly and I picked it up the next day …. Brilliant service !

Great experience all round- Called ahead on Friday for a damaged HDMI port on my Xbox X, dropped it in the same day and got it back the following Monday after work with no issues. Great bunch of blokes, great customer service and very reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Excellent service, I couldn't be happier. They found the problem with my self-assembled pc in no time, checked all of it, and found some plastic films I had totally missed. Excellent service. I took in my old dell tower unit after the blue screen of death appeared. I couldn't retrieve anything and going on web searches decided to take it to Medway Computers. The hard drive was kaput but they managed to save ALL of my files - I was more than pleased as I hadn't done a back up for about 6 months (lesson learned). I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I had a faulty disc drive in my PS4 games console as it would not recognise any game discs that were loaded into the console and the guys at Medway Computers fixed the issue perfectly and very quickly. The PS4 now works brilliantly. From a very happy customer. Thank you.
