Ken has provided me with Sales Training on several occasions and so when I needed to arrange training for a couple of my staff I did not even bother to look at what other companies could offer. What makes Ken unique in my opinion is his ability to apply his own personal experiences with issues that we all experience in winning new Business. I have found Ken’s insight and ideas invaluable over the years and have nothing but praise for the services that he offers. I would most definitely hire Ken if required in the future.
MCT Ltd were employed by Ocean Telecom ltd In May/June 2011 to provide some sales refresher training for our experienced sales team as well as giving some structured telemarketing training to a new employee. MCT discussed the best approach with the Sales Director in an open, honest pre-instruction evaluation meeting. An agreed approach and plan was then put together and implemented in a thoughtful, professional and efficient manner with regular evaluations during the process. We are extremely pleased with the approach and feel that the process was a success. I strongly recommend MCT to other businesses that require some neutral, outside appraisal of the sales team and processes used by the organisation.

After attending MCT's 'Effective Management Course' we immediately enrolled all members of the management team and have now made MCT training a fundamental part of our induction program. Subsequently we have worked with MCT to develop smaller bespoke courses that we have rolled out to all staff. Indeed we now insist that MCT training has been completed before we let our new team members anywhere near our customers. Anyone attending these courses return to their Jobs enthused and excited to apply what they have learned. The benefits resonate throughout the business far more than the typical training sessions that are so prevalent in today's business world. The pre-sales and after sales support is exceptional and the consultative approach gives us confidence that we are getting exactly what we need from each session. In MCT we have partner rather than just a training supplier.
We have been using Ken at MTC for a number of years now and he has never failed to send back to us a motivated and enthusiastic member of staff we have sent on his training courses. Even when the staff think they know it all they still come back reinvigorated and highly motivated. Ken's consistancy of performance and innovation in a highly competitve industry is a credit to his training method.
An extremely well run course. Was made to feel comfortable at ease from the outset. Elements of humour and involving activities made the course a worthwhile exercise. Have come away with the confidence and the knowledge to manage more effectively in the work place. A great way to meet people in the same field as you also!
Ken has been our training partner of choice for many years. We are currently mid-way though a series of monthly, full-day sessions to hone the skills of our field-based sales force. The content that Ken has developed and delivered maintains interest and has returned significant improvement across the team.
A sales workshop was required on "gaining customer Commitment" to increase our closing ratio. The brief was interpreted accurately and the course was delivered in a professional manner. Feedback from the sales team was positive and over time our ratios have improved. We have already engaged with MCT on another project with a wider brief.
Having sent staff on a number of courses run by MCT, we can say that the courses were very professionally conducted and are extremely motivating and informative. We have used MCT on for courses on sales through to management courses and all involved returned very motivated and had a positive impact on staff performance.
