Mitch carried out our loft conversion in our house. I am a tradesman myself and cannot fault his workmanship. I have very high standards myself we are so so pleased. He turned up every day on time and weekends if he needed to get it finished on time and budget. He is very personable and trustworthy. He Kept the house clean and tidy. I cannot recommend mcs southwest ltd enough with the director Mitch Hammond that has a great team. I had several quotes and by just meeting Mitch and his ideas I knew he was the one to go with. Thanks again Mitch for all your hard work.

We are thrilled with our loft conversion. Mitch and his crew were amazing from the start to the end of the project! They took care of every small detail, turned up on time every day, cleaned up after themselves, were friendly, highly professional and finished the project on time plus on budget. Excellent company and if we have any further building projects we would use them again.

Mitch and his team undertook a major refurb of our cottage. They did an exceptional job and we were delighted with the work. We also found Mitch great to work with and he kept coming up with ideas and suggestions to improve what we were doing. He managed the whole end to end process and all of the other tradespeople he used were also top quality and great to work with. Nothing was too much trouble. The location of our property was access via a narrow alley with two other properties. The guys kept the alley spotless and were very considerate to our neighbours. I would thoroughly recommend Mitch.

Working with Mitch was great and dispelled all myths we had heard about builders in the past. He chooses his team carefully and genuinely made us feel like he cared about the service we received from him. Most importantly he listened to what we wanted and we are overjoyed with the results. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

Having just used MCS Southwest for a loft conversion and building works on my house, I can say I am extremely happy with the quality of work and professional approach of Mitch and his crew. The works were fairly extensive, comprising front and rear dormers to add a full footprint upstairs to the house, and removal of some internal walls downstairs. We remained living in the house during the works, and in spite of work going on in almost every room Mitch and the crew were careful to keep unnecessary disruption to a minimum. We agreed a price at the beginning and Mitch provided a full schedule of payments. He was forthcoming with various suggestions throughout the process to improve the results and was always open to small changes that I wanted along the way. There was always good communication when a decision was needed and any small issues that arose were always dealt with in a quick and professional manner. Overall I am very pleased with work and will certainly use Mitch and MCS Southwest again in the future without a second though.

Mitch and his team built a single storey extension to our kitchen, making a great kitchen dining room, which was completed in early spring this year. He also built a raised decking area and came up with some great ideas for improvement to the design. His team were friendly, polite and respectful. Any snagging was carried out quickly and Mitch always replied promptly to any telephone calls. We would contact him again for any future work and have no hesitation in recommending him.

We had a single storey extension to the back of our house which involved knocking through the wall between the kitchen and dining room and extending further out on to the garden. We now have a beautiful open family space, and we can't thank Mitch and his team enough, they did such a great job. I've already recommended to friends and family!

Mitch and his team built our beautiful conservatory/garden room that has bifold doors and a large roof light. They were a great team to work with and I recommend them highly.
