McGin-Lee HR Ltd is an Independent HR Consultancy, founded and run by Sam Lee (MCIPD), who has over 20-years experience in Corporate HR. Whilst we are based in Lincolnshire, we provide flexible HR support and solutions to businesses of all sizes and at alll stages, across the UK, face to face or virtually. Our clients include those with 1 to 5 employees up to 100's and sometimes 1,000's.

We pride ourselves on offering affordable, holistic, commercial, no nonsense solutions. We offer retained services, packages, PAYG, project, interim support and much more. However, if you can't see an option to suit you, we are happy to agree a bespoke offering.

We offer an initial free consultation and a free HR Healthcheck.

We provide ongoing support where needed but also have a range of ad hoc solutions for those one off requirements including an HR Hotline.

As part of our solutions, we provide employment law updates and other useful information related to managing and leading a team of people.

Central to what we do is the principle of treating people decently, even when you're having to make those tough decisions.
