McDermott Windows

McDermott Windows came recommended from a friend so we visited the showroom. Our immediate instinct was that we were speaking to someone who knew what they were talking about (Stephen). As a result we arranged for a survey and quote which was professionally carried out (Emma and Stephen) and then we placed the order for a total refit of windows, doors, soffits, facias and gutters. Dan, Jordan and Stephen carried out to the work to an exceptionally high standard and we are delighted with the finished product. We would highly recommend McDermott Windows.

Me and my brother got my parents front door done by McDermott and although I didn’t know much about door but had a vague idea of what in went McDermott where so patient and helpful. They cleaned up. After themselves once they were done the installation and recently we had a issue with the lock they sorted it immediate. recommend, from first contact to finish they have been amazing. We have just had all our windows replaced and a new solidor door fitted. Stephen and the team have done a fantastic job they were efficient, tidy and the end product is finished to a very high standard. We visited the showroom prior to purchase and Emma was very helpful and knowledgable. We had a number of quotes and McDermott were competitive on price especially for the finished result ! We are BB18 area so they are fairly local but would strongly recommend anyone in the area to get in touch if you are looking for replacing your windows or doors.

McDermott Windows were recommended to us and I can see why. From the moment we made the first initial contact with the company, inquiring about a new composite door, the service we have had from everyone involved - Emma, Stephen, Danny and Jordan - has been superb. We received speedy attention, and helpful advice, combined with expert installation. Nothing was too much trouble.

Its true what they say, you get what you pay for. Had my french doors fitted today by McDermott and they are perfect. Stephen was lovely, efficient and clearly knows his stuff. He had the whole thing wrapped up in a couple of hours and he even hoovered up for me! They’re slightly more costly than some of the other local places but put it this way, I can tell the difference between McDermott doors and the ones I have on the rest of the house from elsewhere. I recommend for sure. Don’t bother going getting quotes. I’m bburn these are the guys you want, promise ? .

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Emma and Stephen who own and run the company are both very caring as well as efficient. The service they offer is absolutely brilliant as are their products. The fitting process was excellent and they even hoover and sweep up leaving everything as they found it. We have beautiful grey windows with internal blinds, the blinds inside your windows are just fabulous. We have had a lot of people admiring our new windows and doors. We are so impressed with McDermott windows that we have got them back to fit a lantern light and a set of bifolding doors. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
