McCanns removed a chimney stack for me which had proved troublesome over the years causing damp issues in my home. I first used McCann Roofing a few years ago on the recommendation of a local builder. I then moved into a new home at the beginning of this year after several months of interior renovation. I was therefore dismayed when one morning in February after some particularly heavy rain, I noticed damp coming into my new home in two places. I recalled the good work Caz had done a few years earlier, and managed to find his contact details again. He came the very next morning, before 8am, and quickly identified the source of the two leaks, and a couple of other weak areas in the roof which would soon have become apparent. All the work was done quickly and efficiently, plus he gave me some advice on the gutters. It was a huge relief to have the work done so quickly and professionally. I would definitely use McCann Roofing again as my first choice, and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Having used Cas before I contacted him to install a Velux window in my attic room. Closer to the agreed date I noticed two leaks coming from my roof so asked him to examine and repair these also. Cas offered to match another quote I had received so was very competitive in that respect. He's hard working and punctual, arrived at 7:45am. He worked swiftly and cleanly and cleared up after himself well. I completely trust him and was happy to leave my keys with him while I went to work. Finally he didn't charge me any extra to the original quote for examining the two leaks and doing what he could. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

I had water leaking through my roof which had dripped through to my bedroom ceiling. I found McCann Roofing on the internet and got him to come round to give me a quote for the repair (expecting as you would for the cost to be £100s). He arrived on time and quickly got to the root of the problem which ended up being something really minor. He sorted it for me in minutes and charged me a lot less than I had expected.
