Michael has completed multiple minor electrical tasks for us, including light installations and socket repairs. He is a fantastic individual – personable, punctual, and offers excellent value for his services. We highly recommend him for any electrical needs.

We have an old precious lamp which had stopped working and needed to find a company which could repair it for us. This is no easier task as most electrical repair companies only deal with larger household appliances. We found Mike's company based here in Leeds and he was happy to take a look for us. We were delighted to have the lamp in great working order again and done so speedily and at a reasonable cost. I wanted to have a video door bell supplied and fitted. I was really delighted with advice I was given on product type…. Installation and wifi connectivity was straight forward and overall it was a really good customer experience. I'd use them again.

The battery of the alarm of our home was dead after a power cut. Mr Cruise tried to help us on the phone in order to silence the alarm and sent a worker to fix it. Very good and very fast job. Many thanks.

Arrived on time, friendly, thorough. Replaced socket and inspected electrics. No problems since. Would definitely use again.

Michael fitted a new 6ft tube to provide more light in the loft. I am very pleased with his work. He also Fitted LED lights to the kitchen fitment once again providing more light.

I was really satisfied with the excellent service given. By call for help was technically "out of hours" but the repair which was the re-connection of a multi-way switch was carried out quickly and the charge was very reasonable and I would have no problem in using the company again.
