I have used MB on a number of occasions for maintenance and upgrading of leased commercial property. Their pricing was better than their competitors, and - rather than inflate the cost of the job - they went out of their way to show how I could get best value for money without sacrificing quality. All their work was completed within budget and to schedule, and met the strict quality standards of the landlords' surveyors. Highly recommended.
